Of all the Christmas trees that I have purchased, this tree is one of the easiest to put together and one of the highest qualities for the price. With free shipping, the tree arrived within 2 days in perfect condition. The box includes 3-4 tree parts, a stand, instructions, power cord, remote and two sets of tree gloves. The gloves are awesome and having multiple pairs allowed my kids to join in and help fluff the tree. It took less than 5 minutes to set up the tree. Outside of the light functions, we love the tree shape and density. There’s the perfect amount of space for small and large ornaments. Images show the tree set up prior to decorating, it’s beautiful! The tree took a lot of fluffing and was not as full and I expected. Also if you want to return, the rules are strict and you have to pay for the shipping!

Overall pretty satisfied with this tree. Simple to put together & take apart. Little disappointed that I couldn’t find a tree with more lights, specifically with the slow twinkle feature. I ended up purchasing additional lights so I could get the twinkle effect but it cost me an additional $100 to get the tree to what I wanted it it to be. It fluffs easily and stands pretty sturdy. I do like the shape- it is full without being huge. The base of the 11’ tree I purchased is slightly over 40” so it was tricky trying to find a tree collar to fit, but I did find one. First photo shows the tree with the lights that come on the tree. Second photo shows after I’ve added the additional twinkle lights that I mentioned ... show more

easy to set up. lights are very nice with nice lighting options from soft white to color, timer and dimmer. the branches cover the interior if positioned according to instructions, the tree looks full. the base is very large and heavy and probably 8 or so inches off the ground around a 36" perimeter. So, covering the base is a problem with typical tree base covers. One screw is missing from the package, that holds the tree in position. The description of the tree talked about 15' and 11' so we had the impression it was adjustable. It can be but doesn't appear to be designed to be adjusted. Overall, I don't think it's worth the price, probably more like 500 not 1000 but most trees this size are priced at around 1000 or more. YOU HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE FOR YOUR RETURN. With Trump's tariffs these are probably more expensive, however that usual for consumers since it is made in China. ... show more
