The media could not be loaded. The fountain came packaged well. It was super easy to assemble - literally under 5 minutes. The sound is soft and calming. Would be an excellent fountain for an indoor sunroom because it isn't loud; however, I chose to put it on my backyard patio next to the sliding glass door so I can hear it when I am relaxing in the seating area on the patio or from inside the living room. I added riverrocks, which doesn't affect tge sound at all unless you have tge water stream directly onto a rock, then it gets a little louder. I put the fountain on an outdoor timer so I don't have to worry about plugging it in everyday, as there is no on/off switch. Some reviews mentioned the motor was loud, but I haven't experienced this, as I don't hear the motor at all. Since the fountain wasn't going near my potted planters or in my garden, I needed to give it some floral surroundings so I decided get an large wooden barrel planter and put a bucket inside with a paver on top to stabilize the fountain on top of it. I then filled it with soil and planted an array of flowers to give it a country cottage look. It turned out awesome. I've had this fountain for a week now, run it for 12 hours a day, and have had no issues. Love, love ,love it. It's worth every penny. ... show more

I bought the fountain for my grand daughter's Birthday. She loved it. Very solid, easy to assemble and looks wonderful on her patio. I highly recommend the fountain.

I love this fountain. It is smaller so fits anywhere. My only issue is it is very quiet. I wanted to hear the water sound and nothing.

This little fountain is the perfect water feature. Easy set up and just enough noise. I’ve brought it in to store for summer because the Vegas sun and hard water will destroy it in July and August, but as soon as September hits I can’t wait to set it up again. Also, because I’m worried about the hard water ruining the pump (I’m not sure if it can be replaced and it will be the first thing to go), I ordered some solution that prevents build up and algae. I found this to be a better solution than buying distilled water in plastic jugs to refill it. Refilling takes about 3.5 gallons and in Vegas during spring I had to refill it about every week and a half or so, for reference. Lastly, the pump didn’t suction cup to the bottom like the directions said it should, but that didn’t end up affecting anything. ... show more

Came exactly as advertised. Well packed and easy to put together. Even the instructions were decent. A frog moved in after a week and sang me to sleep for a few nights. Very cool. It is plastic, so the waterfall does have a bit of a hollow plastic sound, but I bet I could fill in the pools with rocks and that would fix it. The media could not be loaded. Great value for the money. The fountain arrived in its box that was in another box that was inside another box, zero damage. Instructions are clear with plenty of safety cautions (water + electricity). Assembly around 3 minutes. This fountain is well made and I do not anticipate any future issues, pump is silent with strong (adjustable) water flow. I added river rock and this increases the sound of the water flow which is most delightful and relaxing in the evening. Added a bigger pot and put some offcuts of Variegated Devil's Backbone in. Downside for me at least is the lack of lighting but not an insurmountable issue. Happy bunny. ... show more
