Product does not look like the pictures. Handle bar style is completely different and has different branding sticker. I Like the kick stand idea but very cheap and broke quickly…. Definitely needs to be a metal or more durable material. Does not stand up on its own when fully extended. Overall I like how it rides but disappointed on the look and quality.

But I got a new Ninebot S and after I had already installed the knee bar, it was impossible to remove to put this longer more sturdy one on. I ended up sending the Segway back because of another issue. I really wanted this on my Segway for stability, but it turns out the Segway was much easier to ride than I ever thought. I do recommend this to anyone who is getting a Segway for the first time because I think it will increase your confidence as a beginner rider.

I bought this for my Ninebot Plus. The fit was very good. The quality of the product is so so. The design and function is great. It just needed to be built better. You can tell it's made out of some very thin metal. It works fine. Just don't know how long it will last. Better be careful.

I was disappointed to find that the package I received did not contain the handle part of the device, only the pole, rendering the item unusable. Additionally, as other reviewers have noted, the plastic components feel cheap and somewhat fragile given the price point.
