This is a pretty Hummer feeder. It is red glass shaped as a pineapple. The red is in the glass and not just painted on. I think of the glass as hobnail style glass. Sixteen ounce may sound small to some, but I like it. Here in Louisiana where it gets so hot in the summertime that I feel the nectar and/or sugar water sours if the hummers don't polish it off in a few days. I like to put out fresh nectar/sugar water about every 3 days. As stated in the product description, the feeder is ant and bee proof. Also, the feeder having 6 feeder ports is nice. Many just have 4. This feeder being glass makes it easier to clean. A little dish detergent, water and a bottle brush and it's ready to be refilled. Actually you could purchase 2 and that way you'll always have a clean one ready to go.

Finally. Finally a hummingbird feeder that won’t leak and is easy to clean and doesn’t have so many individual parts to clean. Also the hummingbirds love it. The contrast of the yellow flowers to the red glass makes it easier for them to see it. The flower material is also substantial. Other more expensive ones’ flowers fade and are flimsy. These are way cheaper than most competitors and the quality is much better, too. By far the best value out there.

The best hummingbird feeder I have tried. I get many more birds. Last summer I had 3 kinds hanging from my porch and had to refill this one most frequently. I’m only going to use this from now on. By the flowers facing up it does not leak sugar water all of the time. By having little foot rests the little hummers can rest while they eat. The glass is still clean enough to see when getting low. The hummers seem to prefer glass to plastic. Put them out just before they are expected in your area. They will be hungry and may come early and stay.

I consider this a good value as a two pack and different than most feeders out there. The plastic 'ant moat' screws onto the top of the glass feeder which is a beautiful bright red color that stands out, not only for the birds but for the garden. The screw on botton is plastic along with the feeder ports. I've experienced no leakage. I do consider the top S-ring loop to be rather small (along with the provided S rings) making it difficult to maneuver when it comes time to add to or replace sugar water. Adding a larger S Ring would help. I can't attest to longevity.

We love these beautiful feeders and so do the hummingbirds. I got them hung up between showers but the birds didn't mind the rain. They were buzzing around the new feeders in no time. Maybe it helps that I just took down the old ones and put up the new ones. Happy to have glass, should be easier to keep clean. The color is gorgeous, as is the pineapple design. They're not flimsy like the plastic ones and can stand on the counter upside down for ease of filling. I would like to have a hook that stands up by itself, but other than that these are perfect.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: It's been two months since my first purchase and we now own eight of these feeders. Our hummingbirds love them so much that they empty four feeders every day. It's not enough to have extra nectar (4C white sugar to 1C water boiled for 2min then cooled) on hand. We need to have four extra feeders ready to go for a pit crew fast swap. They do a slow fly-by across our sunroom windows if we fail to notice one of their feeders is empty. They are especially active at dawn and dusk with five birds at a time on the feeders. I took this video at a slow time in the late afternoon. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These Fchstaer Pineapple Shaped Glass Hummingbird Feeders hold 16oz. They have 6 Feeding Ports and and an ant moat. The red glass does not fade. These are easy to clean, wash and fill. They are good quality well made feeders. The plastic is exceptionally well made, and they do not leak. The perch is perfectly sized (each holds approx. 2 cups) and our birds linger longer. These come in a set of two. One of ours has been claimed by a ruby-throated hummingbully who sits near it on the ground and chases off every other hummer who comes near it. These have attracted a lot of attention. We've already ordered more. Highly recommend these.
