BAMBOO LIDS! NOT PLASTIC on glass containers
Well made! Would purchase again! Love that they’re glass with NOT A PLASTIC LID! Since I’m trashing all plastic containers due to the exposure of micro plastics, love the bamboo lid with silicone rim to close tightly! #lovemotherearth

Chic and sustainable
I’ve been using these Glass Food Storage Containers with Bamboo Lids for my meal prep, and they are a fantastic find. Not only are they eco-friendly, but their stylish design has also brought a touch of elegance to my kitchen. The 36-ounce capacity is just right for portioning out meals, and the glass material ensures that my food stays fresh without absorbing any unwanted flavors. Plus, the containers are easy to clean, which is a huge bonus after a long day. The bamboo lids are not just beautiful; they’re also functional, creating an airtight seal that keeps my meals secure and ready to go. I appreciate the sustainable aspect of these lids, as it aligns with my efforts to reduce plastic use. ... show more

great alternative to plastic
we're trying to stop using plastic and these are a great choice. There are other glass ones but the snap lids tend to break down. Hoping these last longer. With this set I like that they are all a good useful size rather than having several small ones included.

Nice Containers
The Glass Food Storage Containers with Bamboo Lids are a great option for anyone looking for an eco-friendly way to store food. However, there are both positives and negatives to these containers. Starting with the positives, the glass containers are sturdy and durable. They are also microwave and dishwasher safe, making them convenient to use. The bamboo lids are eco-friendly and add a nice touch to the overall look of the containers. The glass containers stack nicely, although at some times they are difficult to unstack. On the negative side, the bamboo lids are not as durable as the glass containers. Upon receiving my order some of the bamboo lids were broken and one of the glass containers was cracked. I assumed this may have happened during shipping - not necessarily the fault of the manufacturer. ... show more

Gasket fail!
I ordered these glass containers as part of my effort to reduce plastic exposure with food. Unfortunately the product lid--made of bamboo with a thin silicone(?) gasket--was very cheaply made. Out of the box one of the lids had a torn gasket that prevented the lid from sealing properly on the glass container thus rendering it useless. Upon inspection of the other containers I saw how very thin and susceptible to similar sealing problems the other lids were so I returned the product. ... show more

Glass bowls with bamboo lids
These are great glass rectangle bowls with bamboo lids - they have silicone rims so they seal nicely. I love them. Hold about 2 cups? Wash glass bottoms go in the dishwasher, I hand wash the bamboo lids. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. For some reason our shopper ranks are no longer visible - so, to give you a little more info about me, I am a top 50 reviewer (#30 the highest rank achieved). Those numbers used to fluctuate over time - up and down but I noticed that they stopped updating regularly - perhaps to phase them out. It's a shame because it did help you see who has been around the longest and who is a trustworthy reviewer. I've been doing reviews for over 25 years with Amazon - nearly 6,000 reviews posted, viewed over 50,000 times, and over 24,000 likes. I pay for all my stuff, just like you do. ... show more

Good, but wouldn't my first choice if I had to purchase again.
Containers overall are good. I bought 2 sets of 4 and at least 3 of the lids barely sealed and are easily removed. Now after a couple months of usage, the wooden lids on a few have warped slightly.

BPA free glass containers
I like the containers. The lids fit tightly and do not contain chemicals. The glass containers are sturdy.
