It was a nice Dog House and my Dogs probably would’ve love it but when I got it the box was beat up and no directions or screws to put it together so sadly I tap everything back up and yes returned it and went to Petsmart to buy an igloo my dogs loved that

    • Cute but pieces were broken
Overall it's a cute dog house. Easy to put together. We did have an issues with a piece of the roof arrived broken in the box and we did not realize it until we had already started putting it together. This means we can't return it and there is not option for a parts replacement.

The quality of these timbers is good, and the asphalt roof is a bit weighty, so just enough to keep the dog house stable from being scraped away by bad weather. The raised floor keeps dampness away, making sure my dog is always dry and warm. A really smart and thoughtful feature!

It's a great size and looks great for any medium sized dog. It was very easy to assemble and super sturdy. It has two different gates so my dog can get in and out easily and is high enough that I would definitely recommend this enclosure to anyone with a dog!

When I opened the box, it look like a used and reused cardboard box. The box was wrinkled, discolored, stained, miss shaped. The insulation material was obviously reused. The insulation pieces were in 1000 pieces. The items were discolored obviously prior used. Parts to assemble or missing. I closed up the box immediately it ready to be returned. It took less than twenty minutes to assemble, all the parts were pretty much done, and I put it in the backyard, this isn't just a dog house, it’s a dog mansion! There's so much space that ensures maximum comfort for my little puppy.
