This is a cute set of lightly tinted glosses I got my my daughter who likes to layer gloss on top of her regular lip color. They aren’t dramatic in terms of color, but they are very glossy and she likes the effect. The rosy shades are very flattering on her (for reference she has yellow undertones). She reported that they feel good on the lips and aren’t sticky or heavy. Great for layering or a subtle everyday look. The packaging is nice enough to make them a great gift for teens or tweens; seriously, I’d meant for these to be a stocking stuffer but I accidentally opened the package in front of her so they were an early holiday gift. They are definitely a higher quality than most budget glosses and overall a good value.

I picked up the Rose Castle tinted lip balm set for $18.99 and it’s become my everyday go-to. You get five slim tubes in soft rosy-mauve tones that melt into your own lips for a natural, polished look, never loud or cakey. Four are fragrance-free and totally smooth; the mint-shimmer one adds a cool, subtle sparkle when I want a little extra glow. They feel weightless, never sticky, and keep my lips soft for hours thanks to the shea butter and vitamin E. I layer the glossiest shades over matte lipstick or wear them alone; either way the shine stays fresh without feathering. The vegan, paraben-free formula rinses off easily at night and never irritates. For under twenty bucks, this portable little set outperforms most high-end balms I’ve tried. If you like hydrated, your-lips-but-better color that travels well, grab it.

The Glam Code Lip Glossy Balm Set features bright and bold product packaging and a full list of ingredients for each of the 5 squeeze tubes of balms included (2.7 ounce total). They are made in China. Each of the tubes has a number for reference with a color swatch printed on them representing the balm color inside. The tubes also have a lipstick shaped plastic top for ease of application. These lip balms seem to be designed more for young girls and teens in both the packaging which has a retro look and the colors which are youthful and soft. The balms themselves are very glossy and shiny with subtle colors when worn. Each has a light lipstick-like scent and one has a minty aroma. They are very easy to apply and make lips feel softer since they include shea butter and vitamin E (listed as tocopheryl acetate). While I enjoyed trying out all the different colors I did notice they do not last very long before needing to be reapplied. I also noticed that the moisturizing effect is very short lived since as soon as it is worn off (or taken off) there is no lingering moisture or softness remaining. I think they would be fine for young girls or teens as they are enjoyable to use and the glossy colors are fun but they would likely not suit most adults due to their short time span. This lip gloss balm set was priced at $15.99 at the time I ordered them which seems high to me and not a particularly good value for the money.

This is a very cute set of lip gloss. The colors are very light and subtle. I love that it is not very sticky or thick. They go on my lips very smooth and easily leaving my lips feeling hydrated with a little bit of color. I love that you get 5 of them in different shades. They do not have any scent or taste which is good. They don't last all day and will need to be reapplied after drinking or eating but this is not a problem for me. After using these my lips are not dry or chapped which is a big plus for me. For the current price of $15.99 these are a great deal and would also make great gifts for teens or tweens.

I got this Glam Code Lip Glossy Balm Set as a stocking stuffer for my daughter, because she absolutely loves chapsticks and anything lip-gloss related. The packaging and colors are super cute — definitely something younger girls and pre-teens would get excited about. The set comes with 5 tinted balms (4 regular + 1 mint shimmer), and the shades are very soft, natural, and age-appropriate. The formula feels moisturizing at first, especially with the shea butter and vitamin E, and it gives a nice light gloss. But I do have to mention: the texture is a bit sticky, and the balms don’t last very long. You’ll definitely find yourself reapplying throughout the day. For adults who want something long-wearing or highly moisturizing, this may feel too light. But for kids and pre-teens who just want a fun, shiny tint that isn’t too bold, it’s actually perfect. The scents are mild, nothing overwhelming, and the mint one has a cute shimmer that my daughter loved. They’re also cruelty-free and vegan, which is always a plus. Overall, I’d say these are adorable little balms for kids and pre-teens, fun to use and safe on the lips, but not something meant to perform like a high-end adult gloss. Shiny Lips And Smooth Travels To Nashville This came wicked fast, and I was honestly impressed. I even carried them right through airport security on my way to Nashville. I had the whole little set in my pocket, and TSA did not blink… no bag, no fuss, just me and my lip gloss heading to Tennessee. They are super shiny and fun without that sticky feeling that traps your hair every time the wind blows. My lips actually feel better today than they have in a long time. Yesterday I was out in the cold and wind, and now I am in warm Nashville sunshine with soft, glossy lips. Living the dream. The colors are cute, the texture is comfy, and the hydration is real. I am here for it. I am ready for Thanksgiving and ready to sparkle through the holiday. That is my take, keeping life loud, fun, and fabulous.
