I really wanted to love this because I’ve had such a great experience with eos products in the past—especially their lotions, which I absolutely swear by. The lip balm itself is actually very moisturizing and feels great on sensitive lips. It goes on smooth and keeps my lips hydrated for hours. Unfortunately, the packaging was a big letdown. The dispenser broke after just a couple of uses, which made it difficult to continue using the product properly. That was disappointing, especially since the formula itself is so good.
