I use these gloves regularly as I commute by bike throughout the year. These gloves are good for cool weather days (maybe 30F - 50F, not deep winter months) with sufficient padding and warmth. They have been pretty durable, and are bright for visibility. Would recommend

I ordered two pair of these eventually--one for me, and one for my 11-year-old son. My son loves his winter bike gloves, but in Texas in July, it's so hot that he finally had to admit that his hands were getting too sweaty. Likewise, I wanted to switch from the typical short-finger road gloves to long-finger gloves because I'd read that long-finger gloves give much better protection in crashes, and many crit racers use them for that reason. These gloves are among very few long-fingered summer road gloves from a reputable company. When they arrived, in my case and my son's they were VERY SMALL for the stated size, and we both had to return them for one size up. I ordered a small for my son. He had previously always worn a children's large, and no adult size would fit him. I thought, now that he's 11, perhaps he could wear an adult small, but these turned out to be too tight for him (and his hands are still very small). Likewise, I normally wear an XL, and can squeeze into a large for short-finger gloves. In these gloves, I could squeeze into an XL but they were rather uncomfortable. I sent them back and got a XXL, which fit perfectly. I would also like to mention that when my son's gloves arrived, one of them already had long, loose threads and were starting to unravel. The pads in both gloves are not really very good (I didn't detect much real shock absorbance and there's no discernible "gel"), but are better than a plain unpadded palm. All in all, they're OK (the padding is not great, but you get what you pay for), and they run quite small--that's the bottom line.

Its definitely great for the roadies they're such a light glove compared to Fox and the mountain bike world. Great cycling gloves and to my surprise you can still use a cell phone. Giro you've done it again! Well done.

The media could not be loaded. My old pair stretched to fit over my hand as I put on the glove the new gloves wristhole it’s not stretchy so it’s a struggle to get it in and I feel like I’m going to rip the glove It would be cool if they could go back to their old design, because it’s not like they’re using all new materials they’re literally using the exact same materials just cut differently so it doesn’t function the same

Perhaps a bit too snug/run small, or I'm between sizes. Nonetheless I like the design with screaming yellow part. That bit of high visibility is good for added safety when approaching intersections and you stick yor arm out to indicate you are turning. Also, the closure is good.
