I wear this for Jujitsu and Muay Thai after a devastating accident during a live roll. I was actually not able to stand up for about 5 minutes after a freak nut kick so I decided to invest in a cup. I wear it every time now and it does the job perfectly. I wear it over my underwear and under my shorts. Walking with it isn't the best but during rounds you don't notice it at all. I use a cup for Brazilian jiu-jitsu and this one is exceptional! Within a few minutes I couldn't even tell I was wearing it. It was super comfortable. In jiu-jitsu you use your legs a lot in various different ways and this cup stayed in place the entire time. It didn't dig in or rub or cause any type of discomfort. I've been playing baseball/ slow pitch softball for 20+ years and never took a shot to the nuts... Well I bought this two weeks ago to replace my old one and I think this cup saved me a trip to the ER... I took a spicy ground ball straight to the groin (direct impact) took a weird hop and didn't touch my glove. While the cup is a little snug, it absorbed what I would define as a castrating blow and instead made it a breath taking, gut wrenching nausea inducing 30 minute pain fest that allowed me to play an entire game with a large amount of discomfort. I had pain down there for another day or so but only a 2-5/10 at random times. Truthfully, I believe if I wasn't wearing that cup I don't think I would have kids ever. So all in all this cup saved me a trip to the ER, gave me a potential future with kids, and prevented an embarrassing ambulance ride. 5/5 gold stars would strongly recommend to any person looking to protect their friends below. ... show more

Fits nice, comfortable material, too bad it's MADE SO CHEAPLY! I'm 45 years old and have been playing competitive baseball and softball my whole life. I have never worn a jockstrap and cup that simply fell apart after wearing for only a couple of games. I want to endorse this product, but simply can't. A thirty day return window (for manufacturer's defect) just doesn't make sense for a product like this. ... show more

I am using this for training dogs in a bite suit. I got the biggest size and it is small on me, but it is stretchy and comfortable in spite of being small. My waist size is probably around 40. The other guys who use it their waist size is 31. Hope this info helps
