Great product only issue is it jammed and can't get it unjammed yet. Luckily it is about 30 feet out and I can still use it. After a couple of weeks it unjammed and works perfectly, today 11/04/2025 hose busted and I am trying to contact someone.

I bought thee of these last season. used them twice. Went to use them again the other day to clean the patio furniture and the hose that connects to the side was ruptured and couldn't use it.

This pressure hose reel has worked ok for us but it doesn't quite feel as solid as my other one. Although the spring loaded feature is supposed to make reeling up the hose easier, sometimes I feel like it's an extra hassle. My other reel just free spins and it has worked very well for me. The hose is decent but nothing that will win any awards. It mounted easy enough and doesn't need instructions. For the average homeowner, I would say this reel would suffice but I would not recommend it for anyone on the commercial side.

Not the happiest with this hose reel. It's a decent setup but after i adjusted the positioning of the reel arm, something happened with the tension and now its broken it's like once it goes it goes. just not a great product
