Absolutely terrible quality. I bought this pressure washer hose reel expecting it to last more than TWO uses, but apparently that was asking too much. The first use was fine, but on the SECOND wash while cleaning my car, the hose violently burst and sprayed water everywhere like a fire hydrant exploded in my driveway. It scared the hell out of me and almost damaged my paint because the hose whipped around uncontrollably. For something advertised as “heavy duty,” this thing feels cheaply made and completely unreliable. I take care of my equipment, store it properly, and use it exactly as intended, so there’s absolutely no excuse for it to fail this fast. Now I’m stuck with a useless mess, wasted time, and water all over my driveway. If you’re thinking about buying this hose reel, save yourself the frustration and buy literally anything else. I wouldn’t trust this thing to survive a weekend, let alone regular use. Complete disappointment.

The gasket/rubber seal was missing. I did not lose it. The gasket is missing and not in the box. As it always seems to be I can not find my two containers of rubber hose seals/gaskets.

I’m honestly disappointed. This hose reel worked fine at first, but after about a month of normal use it started having issues and now it’s basically unusable. For something at this price, I expected it to last way longer. The build quality doesn’t feel durable, and it definitely doesn’t hold up over time. If you’re using this regularly (like for detailing or pressure washing), don’t expect it to last. I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless you’re okay replacing it quickly.

Perfect hose, it is super flexible and the added valve on it is perfect when you need another way to shut off the water right by the end without relying on the sprayer attachment or shutting water off at the source. I use this to water plants in a greenhouse by connecting it to a submerged pump in a rain barrel and it is perfect since I can leave the pump running and stop the flow of water with just the hose!

I demand a refund from this pressure washer reel can’t even handle riyobi psi it literally bursted after i used it 3 times. The hose is very bad quality but the reel itself is fine i guess. Either replace the item or give me refund
