This is a fantastic set of GRIP plates! I am grateful we got them at holiday savings prices. I am 59 yrs old and have set up a nice home gym in my basement along with my sons 17 & 15. It's awesome. would definitely recommended them for your home use.

Nice feel, look, while easy to maneuver or handle. Better than expected. The only negative is the distinct odor coming off the plastic. I’m not sure if it was an oil-based protective coating. I had to leave them outside for two days to air out. They seem to be OK now!

The quality is great for any home gym. The coating is good and doesn't peel and there is not oiliness. I didn't give it 5 stars however because the shipping was super odd. The two 45 lb got here on time and the order status read delivered. However the two 25 lb and the four 10 lb were not delivered and I had to contact the seller. They shipped them out two days later and we didn't receive them for another week.

Our order status said delivered, so we thought the driver may have left a few on the truck but seller was quick to respond to provide us with tracking for the remaining shipment which arrived the day after.
