So far so good, I would recommend this product and will update this review if anything changes. Much faster and easier than sublimating in an oven. Pros: -Very sturdy, fully metal -Nice colors that match my other machines -Good instructions with device -Manual press with adjustable pressure (more reliable than auto press) -Fits a wide range of different cups, mugs, tumblers, etc -Includes free gloves Cons -Footprint is a little bigger than expected, but personally for me this isn’t a con -Adjusting pressure can be slightly finicky since you need to align the 2 screws -The foot pieces are plastic so depending on the surface you place it on, it can slide around. For me this is a non issue.

*******update***** The company reached out to me and offered a full refund. Their customer service is friendly and works to make it right. I also got a second machine and it works WONDERFUL!!! My cups turn out beautiful every time. I highly recommend this company and this product! I was so excited to use this press as I had heard good things about it. I used it once and the cup turned out wonderfully. I was excited to be able to use this press for my small business since it did so well with the first use. I did not have ghosting issues or anything else. The pressure knobs did not work great but I was willing to overlook that small nuisance. The second time I used it the temp settings were at 350 and timer set to 60 seconds. I turned on, waited until heated to set temp and inserted the tumbler. I pressed and the timer started counting down. I turned around to finish wrapping another tumbler and thought after several seconds why hasn’t the timer gone off. I look over and the machine had CUTT off! No light, no heat, nothing. I open it up, inspect my tumbler and turn the machine off. I check the plugs, the surge protector and everything seems fine. I press the on off switch and nothing. I wait another minute or two and attempt to flip the switch again and it turns on. I wait for it to heat up and insert cup again and it turns off the second I press the tumbler. What a disappointment!!

This tumbler press has worked great for tumblers and mugs so far. I would almost recommend using it the first few times outside or in the garage and it definitely has a smell when it’s heated up the first couple times. Also, use a blank one inside while it’s pre-heating
