It works just fine; however, the Gigabyte Software Center could be better, but it keeps everything up-to-date and working. The board is as described. The only issue I had was that it didn't turn on at first. I would recommend upgrading the BIOS if the board does not start. This solved the issue for me. This motherboard also allows you to set profiles on your memory and overclock the CPU, which is nice if you want to tweak the performance. Additionally, the Q-Flash feature to upgrade the BIOS without needing anything but a USB with the firmware and a power supply is very useful ... show more

Firstly, they board comes with literally nothing extra in box. You get a motherboard, wifi antenna and 2 SATA cables, that's it. That being said it does appear the money you pay for this board went into making as best a product Gigabyte could deliver. The box has no extras but the board has *everything you want from even a high end X670 board. While building and operating 2 new computers with this motherboard I was very impressed and couldn't identify anything missing and was actually impressed with all the extras built in. If you are looking to build an entry level AM5 system I would completely recommend this board and I expect with all its features you could go many years without even thinking about upgrading. ... show more

After a going through a few different boards for my 7800x3d I landed on the Gigabyte x670 and it's been great so far. There have been none of the previous issues I had with other manufacturers, no issues with compatibility or bios headaches. Everything has updated and been rock solid, my system boots in under 10 seconds and while I do end up with an occasional slow boot it's maybe once every two months. Great board, feature rich, BIOS is a mess that's slow and clumsy to navigate. That being said, I bought this to replace an MSI board that's ben nothing but troubles, even after RMA hassles and customer service issues that made me decide never to buy their products again. It's easy to work on, plenty of headers, with my only complaint being that for the price, it really should have a better debug LED option, and located in a place that isn't so easily obscured by cables and such. 0 issues with drivers, no need to contact support so far, and hasn't needed as much time "RAM training" as my old board did. ... show more

Make sure to QFlash your bios if using DDR5 and/or Ryzen 9000. The CPU or DRAM status lights are not generally gonna be indications that the board or your component is bad, just that the BIOS is out of date and needs to be updated. QFlash makes it easy, need to follow the instructions perfectly though. ... show more
