  • Wow. Just... wow. The new king is here and it's GORGEOUS Wow. Just... wow. The new king is here and it's GORGEOUS
Style: AORUS Size: RTX 5090
Okay, so I need to start by saying I've been running two GTX 1080 Tis in SLI for what feels like forever. That setup was my baby, a real beast back in the day, and I honestly didn't think the jump to a new single card would be that massive. Holy cow, was I wrong. This RTX 5090 isn't just a step up, it's a leap into a completely different league. The pictures on the product page don't do this card justice. The all-white "Ice" design is stunning. The second you pick it up, you know where the money went. This thing is built like a tank, but a really, really pretty tank. It's the absolute star of the show in my all-white build. Now, let's talk size. This card is an absolute unit, no question. I was sweating a little bit trying to get it into my Jonsbo Z20 case, which is on the smaller side. When I say it was a tight fit, I mean it—I had maybe 3mm of clearance to play with. Even after removing the case's PCIe backplate, I still had to gently bend the case frame a little bit just to get it to slide in. But, it did go in, and as you can see from the pics, it looks like it was made for the space. So it's definitely snug! My advice is to measure your case three times, but I'm proof that you can absolutely get this monster into a compact build if you're patient. And the performance... man, it's just ridiculous. I'm not even kidding. I wanted to make it suffer, so I threw the hardest thing I could at it: Cyberpunk 2077 at 3440x1440 ultrawide with path tracing (Overdrive mode) completely maxed out. I was expecting it to do okay, maybe 60-70 fps. Nope. It spit out an average of 109 FPS and didn't even flinch. It looks less like a video game and more like a live-action movie. Then I tried Black Myth: Wukong. Same deal, settings cranked to the gills. It averaged over 200 FPS. It's so smooth it's almost weird. My old trusty 1080 Ti SLI rig? This single card makes it look like a toy from a bygone era. It's not just faster, it's smarter. No more messing with profiles, just pure, insane power. For all my fellow tech nerds out there, don't worry, I checked. We get all 176 ROPs on this thing (confirmed in GPU-Z). Gigabyte didn't cut any corners here; you're getting the whole beastly chip. Look, I know it's a ton of money. It's a serious purchase. But if you're like me and you want the absolute best possible gaming experience without any compromises for the next few years, this is it. This is the one. I haven't stopped smiling since I turned it on. 100% worth it. Just buy it. ... show more

  • Performs great! Performs great!
Style: AORUS Size: RTX 5090
Performs very well! But man are these prices getting insane for GPUs!!!! If computer prices don't come down soon it'll kill the PC gaming community. People can't afford 10 grand for a PC build, nor should we be paying anywhere close to that! Thankfully I got this one on sale for like $2300 and that's still overkill on price IMO. ... show more

  • This card is defective This card is defective
Style: AORUS Size: RTX 5090
This card has been a disaster so far. I bought two of these cards for a total of $6800 and both cards are defective. My issue with both cards is that when I change graphical settings in any game, the entire screen goes green. Powering down or turning the computer off does not fix this issue. The only way to fix this is to insert the card into another computer and then boot that computer up. Once this is done, I can remove the card and insert it back into the original computer and the green tint disappears. I had this happen with the second card in another computer, so it is not an issue with the motherboard as this issue occurs with both cards in two different motherboards. Swapping out the monitor and DisplayPort cable did not fix the issue with either card. There seems to be a bug in either the firmware or bios that gets corrupted when a particular graphics configuration is enabled in the games. Another issue is that both cards will sometimes lose signal with the monitor and swapping out the monitor did not fix the issue. I had to power down the computer to fix this issue. I RMA one of the cards to Gigabyte and got the same card returned with the issue not fixed, nor a description as to what type of diagnostic tests that were done. So, I wasted $6800 on two of these cards. I will no longer buy any future products from Gigabyte. Note that I do not have this issue with my Nvidia 4090. ... show more

  • The Best-Looking White 5090 on the Market (Yes, Better Than the Astral) The Best-Looking White 5090 on the Market (Yes, Better Than the Astral)
Style: AORUS Size: RTX 5090
We believe these cards should be around $ 2,100 – $2,300. I know this is a highly controversial opinion in the PC-building community right now. Still, I genuinely believe the GIGABYTE AORUS RTX 5090 Master Ice is aesthetically superior to the ASUS ROG Astral White. If you are putting together an ultra-premium, all-white showcase build, the Aorus Ice steals the show. Between the pristine white shroud, the unique RGB Halo effect on the fan blades, and that customizable LCD Edge View screen, it provides a much cleaner, more cohesive aesthetic than the bulky quad-fan design of the Astral. The Elephant in the Room: The Thermal Gel Before buying, I was closely tracking the widespread online controversy about Gigabyte's use of automated "server-grade" thermal gel on early 50-series batches, which was prone to leaking. The great news? That issue has been fully resolved. My unit runs incredibly cool, the thermals are rock solid under heavy load, and there is absolutely zero gel leakage. Performance & Bottom Line Under the hood, it’s an absolute monster. With 32GB of lightning-fast GDDR7 memory and the sheer brute force of the Blackwell architecture, it completely obliterates 4K gaming, ray tracing, and heavy rendering tasks without breaking a single sweat. It handles massive power draw easily, and the oversized heatsink dissipates it silently. If you are planning a high-end white build and are debating which 5090 to drop your money on, don't let the old thermal gel rumors scare you off. The Aorus Master Ice has taken the crown for aesthetics this generation. Flawless performance and unmatched looks—highly recommended! ... show more

  • AWESOME GPU 🙌🏽🔥 AWESOME GPU 🙌🏽🔥
Style: AORUS Size: RTX 5090
I have no physical and performance issues with my card. VERY HAPPY & SATISFIED!! Definitely worth every dollar for those looking for the white PC build. Speed are as advertised, even better when OC. Installation was a breeze! My HYTE 70 Infinity case had no issues, fit perfectly!. 32 GB of memory is more than enough for me & my workload. Only issue i ran into was the free Borderlands 4 product key for the standard edition, NVIDIA app is telling me i need to install a product that complies with the key, which the RTX 5090 does. So as of right now im unable to claim my borderlands 4 copy. ... show more

By far the best video card Nvidia has ever made! I'm able to play any game on the highest settings and my AI workflows are fast! I was finally able to buy the unicorn of GPUs.

  • Quality control problems. Used card sent as new.
Style: AORUS Size: RTX 5090
Card would not render images. Black screen during 1st or 2nd render. Returned card. Amazon shipped a used / refurbished card NOT a new card. Not at all happy about his after waiting weeks for it to be delivered. This card was clearly returned at least once before and resold as new.
