I love the softness, and the wording to my daughter. For $40, it should be more than paper thin. It also is white on one side and looks more like a wall hanging, than a warm or fuzzy blanket. I can see through the material. Wanted to let you all know. Its not a blanket that will really keep anyone warm, but it is soft. More like a thick sheet material.
