My dishes arrived & they were packaged very carefully, but upon checking the dinner plates there was a small chip on the underside of the edge. I contacted Gibson customer service & spoke with Evelyn. She told me to send an email along with a few pictures of the damaged plate. The very next day she responded & said the warehouse team will process my request. The following day she emailed me with the FedEx tracking #. The new dinner plate arrived today & it is perfect. It’s so unusual these days to first of all get to talk to a human being & then the follow up was excellent. Very satisfied & will definitely look to purchase again from this Company ... show more

So pretty!
They came by USPS, boxed inside a box and taped all around. Very secure shipment. Everything came in box ha! The plates were lined with more cardboard. And bowls had the cut cardboard dividers between each one. The pattern is just like the photo, but even better in person. We love the gray and black selection. ... show more

I bought two sets of these for my parents. It is just the two of them using this set. My mom only washes her dishes by hand, no dishwasher. A month after purchasing the set. The mugs started to come apart from the handles. As of today, they only have 2 out of 16 mugs that have handles. I feel so bad that they have to deal with such a crappy product. If I could, I would return it in a heartbeat. DO NOT BUY!!! ... show more

Beautiful dish set and awesome quality.
Very well made dish set. Packaged well, nothing broken or chipped. Love the color and very modern. Use as everyday dishes or can be special occasion dishes. Very satisfied!!

Kind of sloppy
Well I like the feel and weight of these dishes but the colors are pretty sloppy. Each dish is different with the colors. They look cheap but do not feel that way. Wish they would have paid a little more attention to the colors.
