I read all these awful reviews so I was hesitant to buy. But truth is the packaging was the best I've ever seen. They are beautiful. Durable. No chips or cracks on delivery. Yes they are bigger then a normal set, the width is about 1 to 1/2 inch wider then most plates. They are heavy and will take some getting use to. But I love them and the style. ... show more

I purchased two sets to have service for eight even though I have no friends or know anyone that might visit for a delicious gourmet dinner served on this elegantly crafted dinnerware. Again, I cannot stress enough just how magnificent the product appears. It is as if God modeled sunsets after these dishes. God said that man was made in his image, but nay these dishes are made in his image. My only concern is that I have not yet had the opportunity to feed my sister using my newly acquired dinner service. We only let her out of the kennel on special occasions. She is a big ole girl and very food driven. Yes she bites. I once observed her crush half of a little league team trying to get to a buffet. Golden Corral stopped building restaurants within 200 miles of her address due the the law suits she kept causing at their locations. Hopefully next week when we try to feed her again, my phenomenal stoneware will survive. If not, hopefully I can use the shattered pieces to defend myself from the beast. ... show more

Arrived on time and was well-packaged, however, I did notice a small crack on one of the bowls as I unboxed it (photo attached). Overall, I’m satisfied with this product and would most likely purchase again in the future.
