The mattress itself does seem very comfortable despite not being as plush as advertised. Definitely better than a blow up mattress on the floor. However in their pictures, when folded the mattress looks thick and takes up the entire folded frame. That’s not really the case. It does fold up nicely though once you figure out the few steps to complete assembly. The instructions aren’t great but it is pretty straightforward. I’m hoping it holds up well as we only need it for occasional use. UPDATE: Guests reported that it was surprisingly comfortable. We bought a two inch topper to add a little softness but it would have been fine without.

It does NOT look like the photos. The mattress is definitely not “lush” or thick. I could have returned the whole bed because the mattress was so bad I couldn’t sleep on it, but I decided to reach out to customer care to see if they could replace the mattress…I felt the one I got could be defective, since it didn’t fully expand in the middle and I could feel all the bars on the frame. After several emails later, they would only refund some of the money, which wasn’t enough to even replace the mattress on a bed like this, let alone one I can actually sleep on comfortably. In the end, I didn’t have to drag this one back to drop it off, but I’m still disappointed at how much I had to spend to not be in pain trying to sleep on the one they sent me. Probably should have just returned it. I’ll keep it because they did something more than swift kick in the pants, but I won’t buy from this company again.

We bought this folding bed to use as a guest bed in our baby’s playroom for a visiting family member. Right out of the box, the frame feels strong and sturdy. The standard twin size makes it more comfortable than most folding beds, and it’s convenient to use with the twin bedding we already own. While the height is lower than a typical bed, it hasn’t been an issue—in fact, it feels safer for our baby to climb and play on. The mattress isn’t very thick, but it provides good support and has been comfortable so far. We haven’t noticed any squeaks or noise. Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase—it’s a solid, all-in-one guest bed solution.

i use this folding bed as a sofa also when friends come can sleep on it, and it works well for that. it’s easy to move around and folding it makes it fit nicely in my small space. the mattress has a nice feel to it about medium feeling. the price is fair, and it’s not too heavy, the installation was pretty straightforward too so setting it up didn’t take much effort, one person can get it done.
