I had read other reviews, and grateful for all the feedback provided. The instructions are terrible. My advice is bring your patience. It took us about 3.5 hours to complete it, bc you have to interpret the diagrams. Overall, it's a solid trampoline and my kids love it. I would recommend it, for the sturdiness and weight limit.

Product came a week earlier than expected and in secure heavy duty boxes. Kids will love it for Christmas, but won't put up until SPRING.

1st off, the base (curved part) was defective (what should have been a square was more Diamond shaped). I emailed the customer (I assume in China because the response comes at 3am). I assume is a time difference issue, I would email, get a response in the middle of the night respond early in the morning ONLY to have to wait on a response the next day. This goes on back and forth for several day. They then agree to send that replacement and was told it would take up to 10 days. Once that part came in, we came across ANOTHER issue! The actual trampoline pad was 1 foot too narrow (see picture). It was 21 inches from the pad to the mat. There is absolutely no way to stretch the springs that far!! So once again I am starting this whole process over again. On top of all of this it took several weeks to ship/arrive. Overall we have been waiting well over one month to complete the assembly and we are STILL UNABLE TO COMPLETE IT. Don't waste you time or money... order a different trampoline. The disappointment on my kiddos faces is making me furious.
