So easy to put together. You will need a drill but it only took me about 90 minutes to do. It’s not very heavy duty so it does slide around fairly easily so if you’re looking for something really solid and immovable look elsewhere. Lots of room underneath to store things. I wish the headboard was taller the pillows cover it up
