Bought it for my Westie who is thoroughly obsessive about his crates. If I pick up his crate and move it he barks and cries and chases it, the moment I put it down he runs inside and stays there. If I am busy doing house chores he just goes in the crate and sleeps. If I leave him home alone he goes in the crate and stays there the whole time. So I bought this with the idea hey he can have a home, with his personal things. He rarely goes in. Tried to use treats and his toys but he just grabs it and runs out. Going to keep playing with location and etc (right now it's in a different room). I did try putting a blanket over front and got a better response, so would love to have a flap (maybe clear or plastic/rubber net like crate door). I see some advertised but not sure of the fit. Was thinking of putting his crate in but can't fit through opening and it's not a simple thing to remove roof (have quite a few screws to take out). In essence, keep in mind the size and the ability to move it. You got metal screws into plastic (I think), and if you remove and assemble again it might weaken. Great idea and concept, floor looks easy to clean. Just wish my pup would use it. ... show more

Very easy to assemble and clean but it is a bit small. My dogs never used it because of that I believe. We now keep it on the porch for the outside cat and she loves it. Keeps her dry.

Way smaller than advertised. Dog won’t begin to fit in this tiny thing. Difficult to assemble alone since it is really flimsy and nothing lined up as it should. There is no way this thing will hold up outside. Complete waste of time and money. Total garbage.

The plastic pieces do not 'fall into place' together. They resist going together making it difficult to put the screws in. If you don't have strong hands to assemble this, I don't recommend it. Also, it's smaller than I thought it would be. Hard to visualize the size and I thought it would be larger than what I need. It is a small dog house I wish I ordered the bigger one ... show more

I purchased this for my outdoor reptiles. I do have Dogs, but they are indoor Dogs. My turtle(s) however, needed a "habitat" to call their own. So I am now building a rock wall surrounding the Habitat, a small pool of water and some thing to climb on and bask. This was easy to put together. As a matter of fact, my 11 year old Grand Daughter put the entire thing together, with me just watching her and helping her when needed. Everything was packaged well, delivered exactly as promised, very sturdy little house, and the only thing that was 'slightly' difficult was putting the roof panels together. But...if I had another pair of hands instead of assembling this thing alone, it would have been much easier...sooooo, my bad.
