    • Not worth it.....
Save your money and buy a better safe. I set my 4 digit code and I cant open the safe using my code. I followed the instructions to a T and I have to use the key each time. What a pain! The batteries work. I opened the box it came in and the keys were on the bottom of the box UNDER the safe. The Styrofoam was all broken apart in the box. It came with 4 bolts which I cant use since I rent my apartment. I am not going to send it back since its a hassle. There is no number to contact customer service to find out why it wont open with my combination. Very frustrating. The UPS email said it weighs 37 lbs. Very disappointed. Wish there was a number to contact customer service. ... show more

Came with missing parts. And the front plate are made out of cheap plastic and it will break if you are not careful with it.

Door constantly gets stuck and jammed. Good thing we never put anything valuable in it, as now it won't open at all. Requested a refund or to return it the item and I can't get a response.
