This headset is very pretty to start. The ear cups are comfortable and don't squeeze my head like other headsets. The sound is clear after I played around with the settings on the logitech software. The program is easy to use and you can test out different settings. Overall, a great program.

Although this headset doesn't have active noise canceling it honestly still gets the job done. Voices are but a faint whisper. It makes it sound like those ambient videos with talking in the background which is a plus for when I am gaming or doing homework. I like that the microphone is removable as I can wear these outside the house without looking like I am about to take some ones food order. One thing I disliked was the lack of detailed instructions. I wasn't able to find any sort of paper/booklet that gave worded instructions. There were pictured instructions in a minimalistic way but it was a bit tricky figuring out what certain things were meant for. Tip: If you have downloaded Logitech G Hub and are trying to figure out how to make the headset appear on the application insert the USB drive that it comes with. i really like how there such good quality and they feel so nice and the sound is amazing. looks really nice overall i just can’t always connect it to my pc sometimes i doesn’t turn on or stays on sleep mode and idk how to fix it but that’s my only problem the sound still works and everything i just can’t change the color which is sad bc my setup is ab aesthetic :c ... show more

    • After a month of use...
Style: Headset
Pros: - Very comfortable, can wear for hours without getting a headache - Love the aesthetics. The rgb lights are customizable through Logitech Hub. - Good materials, built well - The sound is good enough. Definitely not a fantastic audio experience, but they work for what I use them for. I will note that the sound through the usb dongle connection is much better than through bluetooth connection. - The dual audio connection!!! This is my absolute favorite feature. I can be connected to my phone via bluetooth and my computer via usb dongle at the same time. When I'm loading into a game I will scroll through my phone and hear everything right in my headset. It's great. What I don't like: - The mic. This one is hard to explain...the quality of the mic is fine, but it picks up ALL of the background noise. Even after spending hours messing with the settings in the Logitech Hub, the mic would still pick up every little thing: keyboard, mouse, chair creaks, and even the sounds coming out of the headset itself. It is so bad that I have to pay for Krisp to use whenever I'm on a video call or playing games with friends. I called Logitech because I thought maybe I had a defective mic, but apparently this headset does not have the same noise suppression features that other Logitech headsets have.....which is disappointing to say the least, especially given the high price point. If you have an Nvidia graphics card then you can use the Nvidia noise cancellation for free, and you won't have to deal with any of this. I unfortunately do not. - Connectivity. Occasionally the headset will disconnect from my computer for a few seconds. This is super annoying but it always reconnects on its own. I also can't walk more than 10 feet away without losing connection, which is also really annoying if I'm in a party and want to walk to the kitchen to get some water or something. I really wish this was better. Overall, I have decided to keep this headset. But if I hadn't had a gift card to help me pay for them I probably would have returned them. You can certainly find something better at the $230 price point. ... show more

I was able to try these out at Best Buy to see if I'd like this, and found them on Amazon much cheaper. I am so glad I did for they are a great investment. I am new to gaming on the computer and didn't want to buy a headphones where they dug into the back of my cheek bones. These are nice and secure. You can adjust them however you'd like. The microphone is also a slightly adjustable too. Comfortable and light which is great! I highly recommend for they are light weight and enjoyable to use. ... show more

The Issue - Connection: This is the main issue with these headphones that ruins the whole experience. After a month new G735 started to drop off from the wireless PC connection (automatically switching to speakers for 5-10 seconds and then switching back) from time to time (around 1-10 times per hour). Super annoying when playing online with no pause option. Based on my observations, seems like a software issue. According to many reports on the internet, it is a common problem with this model that hasn't been addressed yet. Official tech support recommends reinstalling as a solution that doesn't help. Couldn't find any info that G is working on a fix, unfortunately. Additional info: - Has a decent sound when these headphones do not drop. Deliveries good base as well. - Good materials quality. - Mic quality is okay - friends told me that it is slightly worse than previous Alienware headphones. - Overall good product if G could handle the software part. Unfortunately, it is just an expensive piece of high-quality plastic that can't be used as a headphones *context: - Bought to replace Alienware headphones for gaming. - Have G software installed and updated. - Tried "solution" from official tech support which basically said: "turn it off and on again". - Was asked about the noise cancellation feature on the questionary - as far as I can see, there is no noise cancellation feature in these headphones, or it doesn't work like at all (have Bose noise cancelation headphones to compare - nothing like it). ... show more
