Ordered this bed frame for my elderly mom. This is to support a mattress that has somewhat of a pillow top, but not one of those super deep mattress. Frequently platform bed frames are low to the ground, but this one seems to put the bed at the same height you would get with a metal bed frame + box spring + mattress. That is what we were hoping for. I have had platform frames like this before; one of the features I like on this one is velcro to keep the slats spread apart and so they don’t bunch up or get crooked. It was simple to assemble. It seems sturdy enough to me but my mom is 100 pounds soaking wet so it’s not like she is going to push its tolerances.

This is a nice little parawood platform which is fairly easy to assemble, and seems fairly sturdy. Parawood aka rubber tree wood is a strong, long-lasting wood. The single box this bed arrives in is very heavy, and very long.

The parts to assemble were well marked and the product was easy to put together with one person. The Allen wrench is tedious, but I had an adaptor for my drill and it went fairly quickly after that. The design is simple, but sturdy. My only criticism is that the stain was a lighter/darker on different parts. But close enough. I rate at 4.5 for stain imperfection.

This is a very nice bed frame. It doesn't creak, it's very sturdy and seems quite durable. Very easy to put together and take apart, by yourself. Never have a problem with it! Would recommend.

One side of the frame is missing the Velcro so the wooden slats slide. The support piece where the Velcro is shared was cracked but I didn’t want to return the entire product since I was in the middle of assembly. Hopefully these are one off issues. Will need to contact seller for a Velcro strip.
