This is my first time using a grow lamp and I especially like the ease of putting it together and use; simple & clear instructions on use, too. It seems to be working well with the lemon tree I bought it for; the leaves aren't turning yellow and falling off like they used to when I brought it in for the winter. The only small drawbacks I've found so far is that the unit can tip over easily if you aren't careful with the arm placements or should you bump into the unit. The other quibble I have is with the light intensity directions: I wish they were more explicit about what to use with what. I just started with a lower intensity to see how it worked & gradually moved it up a notch. Also, the on/off and timer functions were a bit confusing to me to begin with. Edit All I had to do was change the power supply and it works! The seller contacted me and offered a full refund and an apology. I was not timely in changing my review! I am very happy with these lights and the customer service!!! I bought 4 of these in December and one has already stopped working.
