Here’s the translation: ⸻ This hair straightener is a total disappointment. When you first open it and hold it, it seems very practical since it’s quite lightweight and easy to carry. However, once you turn it on, the problems begin: it doesn’t heat up enough, the battery only lasts exactly 20 minutes when fully charged, it leaves the hair very frizzy and doesn’t even style it properly, even if you go over the same strand 10 times. If you want to curl your hair, it’s even worse because it doesn’t curl at all. I bought this for an international trip so I wanted something lighter weight and the usb charger made it a no brainer. Works great and loved using it on a trip to Europe from the US. However on a trip to New Zealand it was confiscated by Air New Zealand security in Auckland who explained it was not approved for air travel by any means (carry-on or checked) due to not having a physical battery disconnect switch. They said the only such product that is approved by them is the Dyson Corrale. :-( ... show more

The charge on this device only lasts less than ten min., it heats up quickly but must use all the juice to get there. Purchased because I religiously use ghd straighteners and I'm very pleased with the cord versions. This cordless battery stays charged for less than five minutes. It's performance for those 5 minutes is good, but the battery life isn't enough to make much of a difference on touch-ups.
