I love this wheelchair blanket! I’m using this for my 14yo and there is plenty of room to grow but also it’s not bunchy or bulky. The fabric on the outside and inside are great, the zipper functions well. If you need to accommodate a chest harness and/or a lap belt, you’ll need to cut the fabric. I had a sibling sit in the wheelchair to figure out where I needed to make the cuts. The fabric cut easily but didn’t rip or fray. I hand sewed around the edges to prevent the cuts I made from possibly getting larger. I’ve washed and dried in the washing machine and the blanket held up perfectly. I dried on low heat for 15 minutes and hang dried the rest. You can easily put a blanket inside of this. I’m so glad I bought this. ... show more

This is good quality and keeps me warm. The coldest I've tried it so far is 18 degrees and it did the job. The only issue I have is that it is too small. It would work great for petite or youth sized people. I am keeping it even though I can't zip it all the way up because its so well made and lets me get out in the cold to walk my dog from my wheelchair. If they ever made a larger size I would buy again. ... show more

My mom is wheelchair bound and enjoys going to the grandkids soccer and baseball games. Spring and fall it can get pretty chilly. She was not cold at all… I even used it at a game she did not make it to and my grandson was able to sit on my lap and keep his legs warm…. No air gets through the quality material…... Very well made and so very warm ... show more

I am 5’2” and this does not fit lengthwise on me. If you’re tired than me and only cold from your knees down, you will be fine.

We bought this for our 12-year old daughter who is a wheelchair user. Works great with her Zippie Iris wheelchair and her Convaid adaptive stroller. We love it! We washed it on gentle cycle, still looks nice. For extra cold days, we put an additional blanket underneath before we zip it. The sherpa interior is really nice.
