I'm so happy with the Gevi Commercial Espresso Machine! There's a bit of a learning curve to pulling the best espresso shot, but once you've used it a few times, it's super easy. It's a little noisy when brewing, but it doesn't bother us. I really like the size - it's not to big or bulky, and fits on our countertop nicely. It's a beautiful, sleek and classy machine! This machine doesn't come with a grinder, so make sure you have one. If you run into any errors while using, the instruction packet they give you is super helpful. Reading the instructions and following the set up helps your Gevi function at it's best. The coffee quality is just as good or better than any coffee we get at a shop. I highly recommend the Gevi! NOTE: If your machine doesn't pull a shot - make sure your coffee is finely ground and that you tamper it well. If you still have issues, put an empty portafilter in and push either the single or double shot button and allow hot water to run through. Sometimes after many uses, the little holes can become blocked.

If anyone gives it less than five stars, it’s because they’re using a bad grinder and/or don’t exactly know how make okay espresso. This machine is so good you can get away with 100$ grinder and short puck prep. 58mm is a game changer the look is amazing the magnetic metal outer casing is perfect. It takes some tinkering to getting used to because it can literally output, professional barista quality once you get all the micro settings right which isn’t that hard. All you need is a gram scale WDT tool. Once you figure it out forget the scale. Since its 300$ without a grinder some may not want it, but I’m here to tell you it’s better than a $1000 breville with the right grinder and tinkering.

I'm a beginner in this espresso world. I'm learning watching videos and asking chat gpt. I can't seem to get a 1:2 shot in this machine. Still makes good coffee but the amount of liquid to ground coffee seems off. Porta filter only fits 14 grams of coffee so I should get 28 grams of liquid but I always get much more. I tried stopping it when it reaches 28 grams but I don't like the flavor. I'm still enjoying the machine because it's a very good buy and a decent beginner setup. It's easy to use and frother works well. Update: I bought a bottomless porta filter but it doesn't work well because the grinder on it's finest setting doesn't grind coffee fine enough. At least that's the reason I was given. I'd have to buy an already fine ground coffee to try it. The machine isn't a true espresso machine it makes lungo. I put in 14g get 72g liquid. That's not an espresso. I have tried to stop it when the scale hits 28g but coffee is horribly bitter.

Great machine. Well made. The water tank is a little flimsy but everything else is solid. Took a little while to get the grind just right, but when I did it was well worth it if you get this machine you're going to have to play around with The grind, and the tamping for a little while to get it exactly the way you want it. But if you're patient, this thing is well worth it. Make sure you try different things before you send it back because I almost did and made a mistake

This is my third espresso machine. From the moment I felt the weight of box I knew it ‘s quality product. Indeed quality it is. The entire housing is quality metal. There is no plastic. The portafilter is stainless steel. Now to the coffee making. I love the coffee crema this machine produces. And I am not using a high end coffee bean. The milf frother is excellent it creates the foam quality one gets from professional baristas. Lastly, since getting this machine I am making the best cappuccinos. I am extremely satisfied and for its value you get professional quality espressos.

The media could not be loaded. For all the espresso lovers I love the unit great design with large water tank. 58 portafilter + Just overall bad experience with shipping on the first one, The second unit every time I try to make a coffee it shut off completely. It really hurts cause I like it a lot, just so new and not too many out there.Factory fault!,, I called Gevi and I was not able to get help, actually Gevi didn’t even have it on their website for sale. Based on the booklet information I tried to factory resetting but didn’t work. Exclusivity sold on Amazon only. So had to go back. My wife called it the new Tesla espresso machine 🤪 I wish it would make me happy Great price, hope GEVI will make it happen. Tks bj

The machine pulls a great shot as long as you have good beans and grinder to start with. The customer service is great, shout out to Cristina making the failure of the machine to a truly great customer experience! The touch panel of mine failed in ~2.5month of use and after a rapid discussion, the replacement machine was sent.
