This works really well for our home. We have a dog that sheds a lot, and since this is like a soft yoga mat material, it’s so easy to clean. I imagine spills will be super easy to clean too. It’s not a typical rug material. The best way I can describe it is a thin yoga mat with a velvety soft top. It’s not like fibers sticking up. If you’re looking for a regular rug that’s low-pile or higher, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for something cute, simple, inexpensive and practical - this is it.

This area rug is so nice. It’s just right for my college aged daughter’s room. It’s very soft and feels comfortable to walk on. Easy to vacuum and clean. We sprayed scotch guard on it prior to placing it into her room. I love the colors and the best part is it was so easy for me to move by myself. It’s lightweight but very functional! The size was as described. I was surprised with the quality for the price we payed. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be so nice.

I was so unsure what size to buy. I read all the articles on how to place a rug in a room, how to “anchor” furniture around the rug, and how a little bit too big is better than a little bit too small. I decided to get the Esme blue in 5x7 for one room and the Esme tan/ivory in 8x10 for another room. The blue arrived first — perfect size! My coffee table is centered on it and one substantial chair anchors it. There is enough room around the couches so it “breathes.” The tan/ivory arrived second — I thought at first glance how huge it was. When I brought it into the room and laid the tube down (it comes wrapped in a roll), I knew it was absolutely too big for my room, and a not quite the right shape. I put painters tape down to mimic the size and I knew had to return it. I then measured for the next size down (6x9) and it still would not be right. I really, really wish this came in a 6x8 size (which would be absolutely perfect!), but alas, it does not. I took the blue 5x7 rug out of the other room to try it for size and it looks just fine! Yes, it will be the dreaded “floating island” that decor articles say to avoid, but honestly, it looks nice — and if it looks good, then to heck with what “they” say. Quality? Yes, it’s good. I know I did not buy heirloom rugs. The design is printed on, and it’s not super thick, but I did not want a super thick rug for padding comfort; I want a rug for aesthetics. It’s soft, feels good under foot, and it has a non-skid backing already attached. As previously mentioned, it arrived rolled as a tube, but it took very little time for it to settle down flat. The colors in both rugs are nice. The blue has a darker blue around the perimeter and a softer blue in the middle. The ivory background pulls a very light gray as well. Love it! The tan/ivory rug has a little less of a contrast between the outer and center designs. The tan/ivory color isn’t really either tan or ivory and is hard to describe. It’s certainly pretty and neutral, but can show up differently depending on the room it is in. For example, in an off-white room, you see the browner undertones. In a room where there is burgundy, it pulls that redness. IMHO, this is a good thing, as it will pull the right color for the room it is in. While the bigger size did not work for me, I am very happy with the smaller size, and look forward to getting another! Satisfied customer; 5 stars.

I ordered the 6x9 Tannis Anthracite rug and WOW. I wasn't expecting much considering the price point and the description saying its ultra thin...was I ever surprised! It is plushy, the anti slip bottom keeps it snug to our wood floor, the print and colors are perfect for our home, it is light and easy to carry/move for one person. It rolled out and the wrinkles settled out within 24 hours and there wasn't any odd smell to it. Just all around top notch quality!

So I was debating on another rug which didn't have the right size but I found this one at a very great price. What a nice surprise. First of all it arrived very fast. The rug rolled out without a hitch and without any issues of bunching or lumps. It just rolled out beautifully. I wish it rolled out oppositely but we were able to get it out easily and under the table in a jiffy. It's fairly light. It looks great for the price. It looks really nice. It's perhaps just a tad darker than shown. I did not need any underpad, It never bunched up on the corners like some rugs do. It lays really flat which I liked. It's a great budget friendly option and it looks pretty!

This area rug looks beautiful in my bedroom. My home is modern farmhouse/country and it fits perfectly with my colors and decor. I also purchased a runner for outside of the bedroom in the hallway as well. As my room is longer than it is wide (for purposes of where I placed my bed) and because I have a kitty cat scratching bench at the foot, I opted for a larger size and turned the rug to have the longer part, head to foot rather than place the longer side as the width, so that there is extra room in front of my bed. The rug (if you can really call it that) is super thin and flat without texture, but exactly what I was wanting. It is not a rug to wiggle your toes in, but merely to add color and style to the room. Pricing is amazing and quality seems okay. The first thing I did was to Scotch Guard it really well in hopes that it won't get dirty from foot traffic and kitty activity. As it so happens, B vitamins got spilled on it yesterday and stain very badly bright yellow. I used carpet shampoo and the stain came right out, so that is a good sign. The price fluctuates quite a bit on these area rugs, so keep your eyes peeled for the best deal. I got a killer deal on the 2X6 I purchased and was able to snag this 9x13 for just under $110. My husband and I totally love the pattern. Good luck with your purchase.
