I put this on my 2012 Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi, and it works great and fits perfectly. This is the only filter I will ever run on this truck.

    • Never go cheap on oil filters.
With the cost of replacement engines today, do not buy cheap oil filters. Oil and filter is the life blood of your engine. You may save $5 or $10 or even $15 dollars buying a cheaper oil filter. But the money you save, maybe not save your engine. Use quality oil, the grade or weight suggested by the manufacturer. And change you filter EVERYTIME you change the oil. I even use this filter on my 5.7 Hemi as well as my 6.4 Hemi. I even noticed a slight raise in oil pressure using these. What was @ 52, now is 55 lbs. Previous owner used subpar filter. Keep your blood pressure low and your oil pressure high. Contrary to what the fitment says, this filter CAN be used on 5.7 and 6.4 Your vehicle need NOT be an SRT to use it. ... show more

Use these on my 6.2L Supercharged 2015 Dodge engine. Recommended by SRT for extra duty but not needed for daily driving as the OEM supplied MO-899 filter is adequate. This is the filter that was factory installed on the Dodge Vipers.

Amazon say it doesnt fit BUT it does, Its made by WIX filters for Mopar the Wix brand equivallent will work but the Mopar SRT filter has more pleats and a higher pressure bypass valve.
