Equipped with nylon brush to maximize vacuum suction and help act as a dust sweep with high dust removal efficiency. Keep your machine and work area clean while cutting, drilling, and carving.
  • The sweep brush is tidier and firmer than other typical glued options. This kit comes with 2 bottom covers with different length nylon brushes, 20mm and 40mm options for adapting to different length cutting tools. Replacement bottom covers are available for sale. You could simply replace the whole bottom cover when the brush is worn. Dont need to spend time removing and adding a new brush.
  • Two-Piece Magnetic Design: Durable, light and flexible, convenient for daily use and maintenance. Easy to assemble and install. Only take 3 steps to finish the installation.

Keeping exposed ways and lead screws clean is critical for longevity of service. I recently purchased the Lunyee 3018 Pro Max and this shoe fits perfectly. I don't think I'll ever use the long bristle option but the short bristle option is perfect, my end mills sit about .2" below the bristles. I repurposed an old vacuum cleaner which delivers high pressure to the shoe and I have ZERO debris escape from it. I see videos here wherein the bristles are dragging the project piece which is not correct. My 30° V-bits are very short so I fabricated a plate to redirect the airflow so I use no bristles at all. I highly recommend this device, or whatever you can find to fit correctly, to keep debris contained. ... show more

The bristles on the 40mm brush are either too long, or two close together. I used it with a 1/4 inch end mill and the bristles became tangled in the bit and the entire bottom two pieces were shattered and thrown everywhere. The 20 mm brush worked perfectly though with 1/8 inch bits.

I have a Fox Alien 4040XE with the 300w spindle and it fits really well! I didn't have the dust shoes attached properly at first and customer service got back to me right away (on the holiday weekend)! I have a vacuum with a 1 1/4" hose and it fits perfect! If you have a bigger hose you may want to reduce it. ... show more

The dust shoe fit perfectly on my 4030 PreVer XL. The shoe picks up all the sawdust from my machine and keeps the dust in the area to almost nil. I really like the magnetic coupling of the brush assembly. It comes off very easily to check Z height and when it is attached if does not move a bit. I would recommend this to anyone with a 52mm spindle motor to consider this dust shoe. ... show more
