This chandelier is absolutely beautiful and quite stunning!! Definitely a statement piece! It arrived when stated. There were a couple of broken pieces despite being well packaged and labeled fragile. I emailed the seller, and they promptly sent replacement pieces without any questions and they arrived within just a few days. Now know that this thing is 100% assembly required! They send a dvd and it’s just a few minutes long as it’s time lapsed and each step has literally 1 sentence that pops up on video. They don’t speak/instruct on video. But it is clear to understand except the wiring portion. What I did was watch the video with remote in hand on pause button! I wrote out myself instructions as they demonstrated each step assembling all the bling/crystal pieces, and drew myself a little picture of each step finished product as I’m a visual person. My husband did the wiring part. He knows enough to be able to do it. He wired the arm’s up in groups of 3 then connected the groups together. So to be clear this thing takes a little bit of time to put together and install, but it’s WELL worth it! You won’t find anything this big and beautiful as this price anywhere. I see it as I have an extremely elegant chandelier at a fraction of cost!! I couldn’t be a happier. ... show more

    • Missing parts and rusty medal
I’m so disappointed in this product. The chandelier is gorgeous and I love it. I hire someone to put it together and it took a while for everything to come together. I had missing crystals and 3 medals were rusty but I was okay with it cuz I didn’t want to pay another person to finish installing it. I called Amazon and they couldn’t help me. They kept saying we can replace the entire thing after spending 7 hrs putting it together. I can’t believe they can’t just help me with missing crystals or accommodate me so I can get them else where to finish the chandelier. ... show more

The outcome of the overall project looks fantastic in my home. I bought two of these. I truly enjoy them as they are dimmer switch compatible. Directions were non-existand, wiring them was a nightmare and assembly was a lot of guesswork causing us to put together and take apart more than once. Beautiful final product. Absolute rubbish to put together. Unless you are experienced in electrical you will need to hire one for this project. ... show more

    • Electrical Wire & Chain for Chandelier
Both the Electrical Wire and Chain are very short. I believe about 2 ft. of Chain is supplied and it is very short to hang the chandelier in a Foyer with high a high ceiling. 6 Ft. of Chain would have been nice and more practical for various applications. 2 ft of chain is not adequate. The wire for this chandelier is and cloud be a fire hazard. It is 18 GA. 12 Gauge would have been safer choice and 12 ft. in length for wiring the lamp and installing. You can always cut the excess but not wise to add wire. ... show more

Takes awhile to put together as there’s a LOT of pieces, but the final product is breathtaking. It’s all glass and heavy, but as long as you have a good mount for it in your ceiling it’s not a problem. It is packed very well, but even so ours had a couple of chipped pieces. An email to the company got the new parts to us quickly. Great customer service and an absolutely gorgeous chandelier, we’re 100% satisfied! ... show more
