The bike arrived on time in a nice packaging box. Since it appeared undamaged, I cut the box away as I removed parts of the bike. I found that the bike had been damaged in shipping, and it was too late to return in the original box. I contacted the seller, through Amazon and they responded quickly, by email. I then spent the next few weeks putting the bike together, with the help of the Seller, by email. The rear fender was bent, and other parts were slightly bent. In the end, the seller replaced any damaged part and helped me figure out other problems. I took the finished bike to a local shop where they straightened the front wheel and checked all the assembly. The seller rewarded us with a small credit for a portion of the bike, and a very nice saddlebag, for our trouble. This is a nice bike, looks great, has more power than needed, and the price is amazing. However, if you buy it, by very careful opening the packing in case there was shipping damage. It would be easier to simply return it due to shipping damage. Also, plan to take it to your bike shop to check it all out, or even to assemble it for you, unless you are a bike expert. Again, I do recommend this bike for the price, and the seller will work with you until you are satisfied.

Great bike! A little tricky to put together, with the fender part wanting to rub on the tire. The breaks squealed a lot and were not great when I first put it together. I rode it to my local bike shop and they ironed out all the kinks. I love this bike! It brings such freedom and joy to me! I love hopping on my bike a grabbing groceries and doing errands while getting fresh air. I love that I can push myself as hard as I want and not worry about getting to tired or sore the next day. The battery life is fantastic so far! I drive it multiple times without needing to charge it. One thing about this and all othe e-bikes, it’s heavy. So getting this in/out of my house on stairs is a pain, but that’s a me thing. Just know it’s heavy and plan for it.

the front brake disc is warped. so even though I got the caliper set properly, every resolution it scrapes the pad because it is warped. The back makes even more noise, still trying to get the brakes set properly on the back. the color is pretty

I have been using the bike for 3 months now and I can give an honest review, I simply love my bike. I use it to take my 4-year-old daughter to school every day and to go to the gym. I had a problem with the engineer and the after-sales service was very attentive. In 2 weeks they sent me a new motor at no additional cost and a video on how to replace it, very efficient. I definitely recommend the product

Nice bike, came as mostly assembled and the instruction video made the process a lot easier so be sure to look at that. I'm never a fan of reading manuals! Did took me awhile to put on the pedal but that's because I was threading clockwise the whole time and supposed to be counterclockwise to get it on then the finish touch with a wrench to tighten down. The motor was strong and and at mode 3, bike was already cruising along pretty effortlessly. I like the small rack on the back of bike to strap things to it and bring along for the ride. The horn is quite loud so that's a plus and cars can definitely hear it. The feel on the leather like wrap handles was pretty cool!

I got the the blue one. The style of the bike is great, just look like a normal bike. With the 26'' wheel, it fits a typical adult comfortably. It can easily go very fast when using the electric mode, saving my energy especially on slopes. The assembly took me about two hours. Some tips may be helpful: The chain was loose for my case, I found is that it is much easy to put it one when I took the cover off. I had the battery holder a little off (battery could not be pushed to the very end), which might due to shipping; I contact costumer service and they quickly responded and it was actually just an easy adjustment.
