It took me a while to figure out how to get it off, there is a latch to pull up so it does not get locked on the grooves coming off. Besides that great belt!! It was a tab too big for me, but I made it work. I am 5.2/130lbs.

This is my second time ordering one of these belts. After 2 years, I had to replace it due to it splitting down the middle after daily use. I never had an issue with the belt, and it was always easy to do up and undo. Again, I used this belt daily. And it lasted for 2 years! Please stay away from this company. I ordered belts, they did not deliver inside the box. When reached them, they had been delaying the delivery. Total scam. Stay away.
