Let me first say that this company really cares about their customers. I really like the mattress but for some reason the chemicals that are used gave me some issues with my allergies as I am gassing the mattress out. It is a very comfy mattress and at a great price point! I am going to try to air it out and get a mattress zip up protector to maybe help - my other family members don't seem to be bothered by it. IT IS SO COMFORTABLE THOUGH so I'm hoping it all works out - seller has been great in communicating with me and trying to resolve the matter and I really appreciate that in a company. The mattress aired up all the way - MAKE SURE TO OPEN IT UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT YOU WON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH IT INFLATING!

I love this (these) mattresses! (Got a split king) and it's so comfortable. It's definitely not firm. Great color, does have a small sent, not overwhelming or unpleasant in any way. It inflated very quickly. We've let it sit since opening and it appears to be fully inflated. The color is nice, texture of the top covering is soft. I'll have more to say once we've spent a few nights on it.

Update: The smell did go away, but it took about a month or so. It might have taken longer since I had three beds at once. Now that the smell has gone, I am pleased. Quality seems to be there, they’ve not come apart or sunken. Comfortable for my children. Also, The company did reach out to offer a refund and resolve any issues with the mattresses as well.. which was very appreciated. Why is there not one review sharing how strong and persistent of an odor these have! Good looking, plush but they SMELL!!

This is the perfect firmness for me. I have an extremely sensitive back and it is hard for me to find a mattress that works well for me. I have another hybrid mattress that cost me over $4000 and is no where near as comfortable. This mattress was super affordable for its comfort level. It did need to be aired out a while but was fine after sitting in room with windows open for 8hrs. It even was fully inflated with in minutes. My $4000 mattress took 48hrs to fully reform and had to air it out almost 5 days.
