We ordered and installed this light for a community mailbox kiosk. It has met and exceeded our expectations. We have had this installed for 90 days and even on cloudy days it charges and the light is bright all night. Dusk until dawn. The true test will be the winter months.

The media could not be loaded. It appears to be working, but one of the solar panels was shattered so I requested a solar panel replacement other than that it does seem to work. Contacted the seller they said they would send me another one, but still waiting to hear back from them. The light works in high all night ... show more

I wish they were hinged so you could aim the light exactly where you wanted it. This is more straight down. I bought two of these for my horse riding arena. They are bright, but more of a spotlight than what you’d really want in a riding ring. I like the timer feature and they seem to charge easily.

This solar-powered street light is really bright and convenient for places where it would be difficult (or really expensive) to run power. We really needed some additional light in the parking lot of our neighborhood clubhouse - it gets really dark late at night - but it was going to cost a fortune to trench power lines all the way to where we wanted to install a light. We got a quote from the power company who manages our other street lights and it was going to be many thousands of dollars. I was excited to try this solar battery-powered street light because all we would need is a pole to install it wherever we wanted. I opened the box and tested it, and it's BRIGHT. It has a lot of customizations and even comes with a remote control. The hardware somehow broke free from the bag and was all over the bottom of the box, but other than that everything seemed to be there and it works well. I really like that you can set how it comes on at night... when motion is detected you can set it to come on at full brightness and then drop back down to just 20% when nothing is detected so it illuminates the parking lot but the light doesn't bleed over into neighboring properties. You can also set it to dusk to dawn mode to just be on all night long, or you can set it on a timer. I installed this light on my pole building to replace a smaller sodium vapor fixture. The instructions could be a bit better as far as putting the solar panel sections together. It is mounted about 18' above ground. I lose late afternoon sun as you can see by the daylight photo even with the eave. The loss of afternoon sun the battery life is good for running all night in 30/100 mode unless I get a few continuos overcast days. It has a sturdy design and is not too large. The motion detection is about 30' out at my 18' height. It's bright at 100% I measured 6.7 foot candles. Overall, a real nice solar light. ... show more

You have gotten several solar lights from the Amazon Vine program to review. They have all been very nice, but this is by far the nicest. Holy moly, this light is a powerful beast! s. It features 104 LED beads, a motion sensor, and an IP67 waterproof rating. It also comes with two solar panels and a remote control. It has a built-in 50000mAh lithium battery, and lights up to 4,000 sq feet. My husband has a little country airport, and we installed this out there along with the other lights we got. This one was installed on the middle of 3 hangars on a pole. It was easy to install. It has 3 levels of brightness which we will keep on high. It also has a timer, but we won’t be using that.. this is supposed to light for up to 30 hours. I’m not sure about that, but I do know that it lasts as long as we need it too, and it provides security for that hanger area. This is an expensive light, but it is well worth the price. The light comes with a three year product maintenance warranty. I will add a picture next time I can get out there to get one. ... show more

We initially bought one of these light to illuminate a 1200 square foot sport court because the description said it lights up an area of 4000 SF. It doesn’t. We bought another one and it still isn’t enough. Severely under-powered.
