The camo scheme/color works as intended effectively rendering the tent nearly invisible when properly setup in the right environment. The tent is small but adequate and I'm 6' ft tall, although it's cramped when sitting up inside. Besides that it is otherwise quite roomy and not claustrophobic feeling. Overall it's a great stealthy tent for one person, the only shortcoming being how tight it is when sitting upright inside the tent. I just used the tent for a week long camping trip in the Coconino Forest in Arizona and it performed flawlessly and was easy to setup and take down. ... show more

This is a very nice tent for $70, and not too heavy. It's fairly roomy. I am 6'-2", 245 and fit comfortably. On an inflatable pad on top of a Z-lite pad, I sit up but cant fully sit up and not touch the roof, but I can live with it. Complete with everything in the factory stuff sack it weighs 3# 7 oz. Poles, inner, and fly (no stakes or guylines) weighs 3# on the dot so not too bad. Stakes are nice, better than the ones shown on the youtube video. These stakes are heavy duty solid aluminum and green anodized. The included guy out cord is reflective. Has a rain skirt around the lower perimeter. Never seen that before on a tent. If I could sit up in it, and if it weighed 2# I would give it 5 stars, but then it would cost $300+. ... show more

Since I’ve purchased it I’ve used it over 10 separate times in the mountains roughly 15 total days from 30 degrees out to 80. Rain, wind and sun. It’s been a favorite of mine to use out of the others I own. Super easy setup and disassemble and pack. Easy to put in its bag as well. The vented hood makes a big difference when in the dew or in rain. I never felt wet or damp inside. It does exceptionally well in wind. Plenty room inside, it’s possible to sleep 2 avg size people if need be. Quality built, lightweight, only modification I’ve done is painted the stakes pink so I didn’t loose them. They come in a dark green color. Recommend this to anyone looking for this style of tent. ... show more

Superb design, Quality Craftsmanship and Components. The stakes and poles are of the highest quality aluminum with a green anodized finish. The Coffin shaped footprint along with the 36" peak make this Bivi the roomyest of all bivi's I've purchased, to date. Very compact and light to pack, and the most breathable tent in my collection. I've also purchased the matching groundsheet and together they work phenomenally. Add a well positioned overhead tarp and this unit could easily pass as a Four Season Tent. This is a very nice single person tent. I am 6'2" and 230lbs and it was perfect for my needs. The weight of this tent is nice with the nice green aluminum and silver poles. Very fast to set up and pack up. The rain cover is a little cheap but can be repaired if you get a small tear or hot ash hole. I don't like to sleep in mummy sleeping bags, in fact, I HATE them. This tent with a normal size bag fits perfectly. I love how you can open either the left or right side open. WIth me being 6'2" I had room in my head area to put small gear. You will not be able to fit your pack in this tent. The small area where the rain cover allows you to put gear is why I have it 4 out of 5 stars. If it was about a foot longer that would have been perfect for my needs. ... show more

Short and simple review here. Cheap, delicate stakes that will bend quickly if you hit a rock while placing them. Carry bag is extremely delicate, I ripped the entire bottom off mine on my first trip with this tent. The tent itself is easy to set up and performed well in mild but cold weather. Just enough room for yourself and a sleeping bag/pad. No sleeping with your gear in this tent. ... show more
