My IT13 PC got powered off suddenly after 10 month usage. I can't turn it on and it was very hard to reach out the support team. There is a way to chat with the support team but there was no answer for 30 minutes at all. (They answered after 4 hours. but I was away from my pc.) I made a call to them but answering machine asked me to leave my personal information. I also left another request from the website and I'm waiting for... Anyway, it is their protocol and they called me late afternoon. The caller id represented that the call was from Missouri. They accepted my request and escalated my case to their headquarter in Taiwan. Then, I received an email with instructions for the self troubleshooting. Even after troubleshooting, I couldn't fix it by myself and they guided me to ship back to the warehouse in IL. FYI, I had to pay the shipping charge. I have a concern on the data in the storage and they guided me to remove SSD drive before shipping. I'll update with the timeline, once I get the replacement. I sent the defective unit on May 17, and delivery was confirmed on the 20th. Before the delivery was even completed, Geekom shipped the replacement unit via USPS from Brooklyn, NY on the 20th, and I received it on May 24. The issue occurred on the 13th, and considering that I delayed shipping by about two days, the replacement was completed within 10 days.

Purchased in 2024, it lasted exactly one year and 15 days. Then the Power adapter failed. After a week of communication with Geekom support, they determined it was a bad power adapter so they shipped me a new one. That took another week and when I plugged in the new power adapter, it shorted out the whole PC. It's a paperweight now. EDIT: Although the new power adapter shorted out the mini-PC, Geekom support has been fantastic and shipped me a new one within 48 hours. Very pleased with the customer service. I changed my review Stars to reflect this.

It so quiet, in normal use mode you can't hear any fan noise. After 3 or 4 hours of running, it's barely warm. I've been using it every day for a few weeks now and I'm still amazed at how they got so much performance in such a little box!

I've had this unit for nine months. It has served me well until now. It suddenly powered off and I cannot get it powered on again. I have contacted Geekom and we will see how this resolves. Changed from 3 stars to 5 stars. Good for Geekom. They replaced it within days and since they no longer distribute the i7, they upgraded it to an i9. I reccomend them highly and I will be doing business with them again.

The media could not be loaded. Turns on, shuts off, and then won't turn on again until it's unplugged. It started doing this right out of the box. I'm disappointed, frustrated, and angry

I've been using the 13th Gen Geekom mini PC for a couple weeks. For context, my use case is a plex server in addition to a living room PC that will do normal tasks and maybe some light gaming. Speed: ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡ This device is fast. It's small, but packs a mean punch. I haven't ran benchmarks, but it's really not needed. 13th Gen i7, 32 GB of dual channel memory, and an NVME drive. Also it has great IO, all in a tiny form factor PC. Technology has come a long way. My custom built gaming rig that I replaced (6700k, old system I repurposed) is completely destroyed by this, while using less power and less space. I'm using a DAS to connect hot swappable drives to this, and it works a treat. Ease of Setup: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Setting up this system is easy. It comes with Windows 11 pro pre-installed, and it's plug and play. Even for someone not a tech wizard, the setup is very simple. Form Factor: 👌👌👌👌👌 Talk about a sleek and stylish design! It's small. You can fit it pretty much anywhere. They include a wall mount as well, which is great. From what I can tell, the compact design doesn't compromise on performance, making it a great addition to any one's collection. Value for the Money: 💰💰💰💰💰 In terms of bang for your buck, this product is solid. I think it's one of the better values out there in the mini-pc world. As someone who almost always builds a computer because it's often cheaper, and of course I get to pick my components, I was very pleased with this. Building a tiny pc can be a pain, and I have forgotten how nice it is to just have a computer that's ready to go. They also include a 3-year warranty, and this comes with windows 11 pro. I think its priced very competitively, given the specs. A note about gaming: the integrated GPU these come with is called Intel XE. They have QuickSync which is great for things like Plex, but also, they can be used for some gaming applications. It isn't a powerhouse, but can definitely do things. It'd be perfect for games that you play during get togethers that are often not graphically demanding. Even at lower settings, more demanding games can be played, though you may not get consistent/best frame rates when compared to real gaming systems. However, there's some youtube videos out there that will tell you what to expect, just google 13th gen intel xe graphics gaming and make sure you look at the 13th systems. As a point of reference, this setup in another system ran Cyberpunk 2077, at 1080P, ESS balanced, lowest settings, and averaged around 33 FPS. That game is a resource hog. Overwatch 2 at 1080P, low preset, was around 70 FPS average. Again, not a gaming system, but can definitely do some light gaming. This PC has definitely worked well for my needs , and think it's a great offering from Geekom.
