This is a nice and snappy computer at a good price point. I bought this to replace an aging Windows 10 machine that did not meet the minimum specs to upgrade to Windows 11. I don't plan on using it for gaming, and mostly expect to use it for Internet browsing, emails, general productivity tools, photo editing, and some software development. I was a bit leery of the brand, being unfamiliar with it, but I don't have any regrets as the build quality seems very solid and I just loved the small size of the unit. The initial setup of the pre-installed Windows 11 Pro was straight forward. It performs well, the wireless connection is stable at 6Ghz (2402/2402 Mbps), opening up and changing between applications are quite fast, and the system is very quiet.

2nd UPDATE: This is a quirky little computer. I had initial trouble getting it to recognize my keyboard but resolved it with a different keyboard. It seemed fine and then boom, it wouldn’t boot. I treated all kinds of things to get it working but to no avail. I walked away from it and when I came back I tried one more time… and it booted right up. What the heck? It’s running fine now, but I am really leery it’s going to stop working wheel I am ion the middle of working on something. Just in case it’s not the computer, I’m going to get all new cords and see if one of the old ones has an unknown issue. When it works it’s great so I’ll give it 4 stars. I’m taking away a star because when it doesn’t work good luck in getting help. And for sure don’t buy from any place but Amazon or their website - because evidently there are a lot of counterfeit geekom mini computers out there. I would not take that chance! 1st UPDATE: After reviewing this and feeling happy with it, today it will not boot. Tried cycling the power, etc. It's no longer exceeding expectation, it's living up to my pre-purchase fears... I'm ready to dump it but will reach out to tech support first. ************Before catastrophic issue with booting... I was a bit skeptical about this tiny computer but decided to give it a try. So far it is exceeding my most optimistic expectations and then some! It was a little tricky to set up at first - until I found out that it doesn't like my old MS natural ergonomic 4000 keyboard. Once I connected a new wireless ergonomic keyboard it worked fine. However, my very old MS Trackball Explorer works great with USB connection. Once I had the new keyboard connected it proceeded to download and update Windows 11 with no issues. IT took about an hour, and it did its thing without any issues. It got warm but never overheated. I directed a little fan onto it, just to be safe, and it cooled way down fast. It has more than enough USP ports to do what I want. It freed up a ton of space on my desk. It came with all of the bolts and other items to hang it on a wall or screw it behind a monitor. It certainly seems tough enough to last for a few years. It loads fast - much faster than my old set up. For the money and what it offers, this was a bargain.

I'm not very knowledgeable about PCs. I ordered this to replace my 10-year-old computer because I recently bought the new Samsung 49" OLED monitor and wanted a compatible PC to go with it. Everything works fine except that when I copy files between external SSDs, the PC crashes in the middle of the process multiple times. Also, it hung and crashed suddenly for no reason, which is frustrating. All my hookups are the same as they were with my old PC, which worked well with no issues. I've checked all the cables, and they are in good condition and fully compatible. Given these problems, I believe I received a defective unit and am seriously considering returning it. **Update** The seller reached out to me right away and resolved my issue immediately. I'm very pleased with the service. This is a highly responsible and reliable seller who clearly values their product. Given how well they handle their business, I’m confident they have a strong presence in today's competitive market.
