Amazingly beautiful filament!
The media could not be loaded. This has been my first experience with Rainbow PLA and this roll from GEEETECH really did a great job on my prints. I have attached a video of a fractal pyramid from Thingiverse. You can see the sheen from the silk really does set off the colors, making this print quite remarkable. I did get lucky and the colors aligned perfectly to really enhance the design. I'm looking forward to printing more with these colors. I'll probably pick up more and use just for random prints as I have found that some of the stuff I printed before looks great when reprinted with this material. Things like puzzles and other gifts seem to take a new life when I print them in the seeming random colors from this roll. For those interested: 0.16 layer height, 200/195 head and 70/60 bed on an Ender3 that is mostly stock other than an th3d board, bltouch, and Capricorn tube Pros: - Amazing results when the stars align properly like my video - Silk finish is amazing - A post on the Ender3 Reddit sub showed a ton of interest and tips for printing with this if you are interested Cons: - I did have some failed prints from extruder filament grinding but this may be related to my equipment or setup. I havent had this on other filaments but it's happened a few times, so I'll be keeping an eye on it and tweaking a bit for future prints. - Not all GEEETECH filaments have come with a ziplock bag for storage, but I have tons of them around. Their packaging does not have a bag integrated into the one it is packaged in, but they did include one separately in some of my boxes. - Hard to find in stock! Buy it while you can! I'll be working my way through more of these amazing colors in their other filaments. I'm happy with my results from this GEEETECH PLA

Terrible Product!!!
Color: B-silk-gold
I have tried a couple of different filament companies from Amazon. WYZ, Hatchbox and Overture to name a few. All were acceptable products (Hatchbox) being my favorite so far... This product was absolutely terrible and my first introduction to what a poor quality PLA looks like. 3 times I tried to print with this and all 3 times eventually the PLA became stuck at the extruder feed and eventually frayed where there was no longer any filament being fed into the tube. Coming back hours later to find out my machine was not laying down any plastic the whole time!!!! I have never had this problem with any other filament. Ontop of the fact that what it was printing wasn't even stuck to the print bed creating an upward warped piece.. I will never buy this product again

Was skeptical but this is great filament!
Color: W-glow Blue
At first, I had terrible adhesion with this so I kept adjusting the bed and extrusion temperatures. I was able to get to a sweet spot with the bed at 65 and the extruder at 205. I also slowed down my max print speed to 55 mm/s. This gave great adhesion and smooth feeding. The print came out great. Print cleanup (support and brim removal) took a bit longer as this is tougher material. I like that it’s translucent. But it created a great print for my daughter to enjoy! The glowing of this filament is too cool. If you’ve got it under a strong light source, it will glow all night long. The stronger the light source, the brighter it will be. We had this dragon print so bright that you could see our faces in a dark room with it. I’ve got a lot of plans with this filament and can’t wait to see how they all turn out.

I can't print anything longer then 6 hours
Color: W-glow Blue
I bought this to print dice towers for my store. They take a day and a half to print. 6 hours into the print it clogged. I did this 3 times every time at the 6 hour mark it clogged. Anything less then 6 hours has printed fine but limits what I can and can't print in this beautiful glow in the dark color. I absolutely love the color and it glows very well but if I can't print anything more then 6 hours there is very little value in this product for me. I hope this helps future buyers.

Good for small footprint parts
Color: A-silk-silver
The color is ok, but unlike other resins I have been using so far, this one warps a lot: maybe 2-3mm on a 60mm footprint. Maybe I have not found the right setup for it, but in any case it is the only one I have that does that, and it is the only one of that brand that I have. The other brand I use is 3D Solutech. The warping happens pretty much always in the same 'corner' of the printer, so it might be printer related. It is good enough for small prints, or prints with a small footprint on the print table. If you build a raft with another resin and switch halfway through, it is ok. Printer: Monoprice Mini Delta v2

Clogs frequently.
Color: Y-glow Green
Clogs very easy and requires disassembly of the hotend to remove because it cools to quickly. When it does work, it looks great but the frequency of clogging outweighs the rewards. (Using a Volcano brand hotend)

not all filaments are created equal
Color: A-silk-silver
This filament is an excellently engineered product. It prints smoothly, with good metallic luster, and sticks well, even at low temperatures. ( I print with it at 210 degrees and a 45 degree bed, both my machines have glass platens . ) Any resolution finer than .2 mm yields layer lines that blend together very well. I don't know about other colors by this manufacturer, because the silk silver is the only one I have tried, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality finish print.

Prints easy and is bright
Color: Y-glow Green
Used the same settings as Geetech clear PLA (190C at 55mm/s and 4.5mm retraction) and print came out with minimal stringing. First layer doesn't stick quite as easily as the clear did, took a couple restarts to finally get going. Consistent layers, no skipping, no zits, so diameter seems to be very close to the advertised 1.75mm. Needs minimal sun exposure to glow bright enough for a cell phone picture to work. Very vibrant green. Overall happy with the purchase so far.
