I really like this set of wrenches, especially for the price. The only issue I had was quality three wrenches I received seemed to be really good. The jaws lined up well and I have no issues , but for my 8 inch wrench that I received the quality was much poorer. The rear jaws in the back have been grounded down, and they don’t have the bite of the other wrenches do And they’re a little off center, which sometimes keeps them from sliding up properly. One of the comfort handles came off and I had to super glue it back on.I work as a maintenance plumbing and HVAC tech. I use my wrenches every day and I was just hoping for a better quality. I have other gear range tools that I really like and have no problems with this seems to be the only I’ve received so far that had some issues so good luck hope this helps. ... show more

I'm glad I bought these. Being able to ratchet them down with only one hand is so helpful for a variety of tasks. They are well made and I expect they'll last a long time. You can fold the ratchet part back (and it stays put) when you want them to work like normal long handled pliers.

So far these appear to be good quality groove joint "water pump" pliers. The fit and finish is good. There is little jaw play. These can be used in auto adjust mode or manual adjust mode. Auto adjust works pretty well, but for maximum comfort and torque you can easily switch to manual mode. In manual adjust mode, these are slightly easier to adjust then my Irwin V-jaw GrooveLock pliers. These do have more flex then the Irwins. These were a very good price for the 4 piece set.
