Bought for my dad to replace hos old craftsman and he loves it. It's spot on accurate comes with a case and the metal nureled handle gives a firm grip and it feels as good as a snap on

  • Buy this one!
Style: 20-150 ft/lbs.
I was compelled to write this review because this torque wrench is so nice. I'm 'old school' and wanted a 150lb torque wrench that was 21" long, like my old Craftsman. All other wrenches I looked at were 18" long. 18" works, but definitely not as easy to use. I think this is a cost saving feature these days. Not only is this wrench 21" long, but it is beautifully built. Obviously high quality. Reasonably priced between the cheaper lines and the very expensive American made products. (What can possibly be worth paying $250 or more for a torque wrench? How nice can one get?) This thing is so nice, I want to show it to someone who will appreciate it. Buy this wrench - you won't be disappointed. ... show more

  • This is why I just can't get into you, Snap-On.
Style: 30-250 ft/lbs
So, I bought this as a replacement for a Torque wrench that I bought four years ago. The important thing to understand about Tools is that hundreds of people sell them, and only dozens of people MAKE them. My original Torque Wrench was a Husky branded one of the shelf, Yes This Is The Home Depot Torque Wrench. And ya know what, it ran the race just fine with all the fancy digital light up handle vibrating Snap-On Wrenches that the other techs in the shop used just fine for 4 years until someone borrowed mine and destroyed it using it improperly. And I just have to say, honestly, having the Actual Gear Wrench branded Gear Wrench Torque Wrench, it feels a whole lot nicer in the hands. The handle is all metal, not plastic and rubber. AS LONG AS YOU MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY, This tool will serve you just fine for all your needs, for a fraction of the price that something off the tool truck will run you. I do miss my Husky branded one quite a lot though. I used it along side tech who had thousand dollar Torque Wrenches and it kept up, and passed ever calibration testing machine it ever got put on, For Four Years! It was kinder special to me because of that. ... show more

  • Gearwrench says it all
Style: 30-250 ft/lbs
For the money I will pay this all day long. I love gear wrench, great quality, very durable and long lasting. I bought this 1/2in Dr. specifically to torque down Lugnuts and I was wanting something that went up to 250 foot pounds. I highly recommend buying this over any non-namebrand. It’s not too expensive. I will be purchasing a 3/8th Dr. as well. ... show more

  • Just as good as the tool truck brands

This thing feels as preimum as some of my coworkers tool-truck units that cost 4x more.

  • Very Nice
Style: 30-250 ft/lbs
I got this yesterday and used it today to loosen lugs and torque wheels 🛞 for a brake job. The finish is excellent and the blow mold case is great. It broke the lug nuts loose like butter, easier than my breaker bar and was easy to tighten as well. It is probably 6” or more inches longer than my breaker bar though. I have had my eye on this for a while and am really glad I finally pulled the trigger, Gear Wrench tools are the best quality for money in my opinion and I expect this will last me as long as am able to turn wrenches ... show more
