What a great find. For only $200 this will hold the clear water, chill it, or heat it. I was frustrated waiting for the small filter from the refrigerator filling lots of pictures, so I turned to 5 gallon purified jugs and then needed something to hold it. This darn thing is VERY noisy during water heating cycles. Basic functionality is fine. Why can I not turn off the night light? We have too many indicator lights on all of our technology, I don't need a dumb nightlight that I cannot turn off on my water cooler. Covering the LED with blackout tape solved the issue but come on, install a simple switch to provide an intelligent solution. How many flushings does it take to get rid of that horrid taste? I really wanted to be able to give this a good review, but after purchasing TWICE and having both of them leak I am thinking it is just the product that is faulty. Very sad because this had the best reviews on Amazon so I was hopeful that it would be good. It heats the water well and the cold water is a great temp...those are the only positives I can think of. If you want your room flooded and waste your money on water, then this is the water dispenser for you! ... show more

I walked downstairs this morning and it appears it leaked all the watwr overnight. I liked I could fill my bottles woth ease when it was working. Only had it about 2 weeks. Would not let me exchange it.

I am very happy with this very sturdy and sleek looking model ! The cold water dispenses fast and there is great height for tall bottles to fit. My only complaint is the hot water dispenser has to be held down firmly.

I was replacing an old GE water cooler and wanted another GE. The water is really cold which we like. I had to return one that didnt cool the water. Also, I see some reviewers saying it is noisy but I havent heard a sound from mine. Very pleased with purchase.
