Perfect fit, measures exactly what it says. Works great, the fan is stronger than our last microwave hood. There is a light buzzing noise when it’s running. Not loud enough to be worrisome, just not as quiet as some. The touchscreen glass door is a really nice, high tech touch.

When I bought a nearly $500 microwave I didn’t think I would need to check for basic functions: No timer - what? Ok there is a hack in the manual - set power level to zero… really? The light goes on, the plate turns … 1 light level - on or off. And a pretty dim incandescent bulb shipped with it. Last (cheaper) GE had 2 levels 2 fan levels - ok, getting a little picky here but the last (cheaper) GE had 4 levels What’s up with these grease filters? Some weird mesh? Don’t click into place? I bent them all out of shape trying to “snap” em in. Otherwise it microwaves fine. Edit: Greece filters fall out, what the hell are these things? No quick 1minute, 2 minute etc I hate this thing. It’s like the 1990s called and they want their microwave back

This microwave was an updated version of an old failing GE unit. It’s represented in pictures here on Amazon and shows two over the stove, bright lights. I was hopeful it would be an improvement over the older models two-bulb single, centered light, but it came with a ONE bulb centered lighting unit! It was worse!

Hubby was finally able to install my new microwave, as a move was delayed! AARGH! It went in easily, and looks very sleek and modern. This is a big microwave, with lots of room. The turntable is large and moves smoothly. The controls have some presets, AND an Add 30 Seconds option, which I really really like. Everything on the control panel is digital, so the surface is smooth and easy to clean. There is also a timer, which realistically I will probably not use, but I know many cooks would find it useful. The 900 wattage means fast, even cooking, with wattage options for defrosting. I have had many microwaves over the years, including one of the very first ones made for residential use. This one is GREAT. There was virtually no learning curve, and I am very pleased with the cooking and defrosting results. The door opens easily and closes with a quiet "snick" rather than a "bang!" Hubby really appreciates that. We are both big microwave users for actual cooking, reheating, defrosting, and frozen dinners! We are both delighted with this microwave, and would recommend it without hesitation.
