There are five levels of blending, and the fourth level seems to stuck every time I use it. It abruptly stops after 30-40 seconds of operation. I tried to eliminate extraneous factors such as overloading, water residue on the cup or underneath and so on, while the issue is still unfixed. Maybe it's the product itself, I wonder. ... show more

I love this blender - here’s why. - Blends quickly and efficiently. - Surprisingly the blender is one of the quieter blenders I have ever owned which is important to me for when I make a smoothie in the morning. I don’t even need to wrap a blanket around it like I’d have had to do with two other ear-piercing blenders. - The ice and frozen fruit pulverizes very quickly. - I love that it comes with the two personal cups in addition to the blending pitcher. One blender I used to have only had the pitcher. Another only had the vessel for making smoothies. I like to have both. - I love that it has a simple design! It has an on/off switch, a pulse switch, and a dial for determining power. End of story. What else do you need? I’m tired of all the fancy schmancy gizmos that do the same thing and you get charged for more bells and whistles that you don’t need. This thing was a great buy-especially if it lasts several years! 🤞 ... show more

My wife and I rarely use our NutriBullet blender but our kids (21 & 25) do when they're occasionally staying over. The NutriBullet, I think, is a little awkward to use with the twist off/twist on operation. But it's certainly doable. The main problem is that it seems exceptionally loud to all of us. In fact, we cover our ears when they use it and my kids put tissues in their ears when they're holding it in the on position. So looking through reviews I found this more traditional type of blender and happily noted that some of the reviews mentioned that it was relatively quiet. Done! Works perfectly for the kids' smoothies, sharp looking, not hard to clean, easy to operate (I like the click-in locking feature), and quieter. Is it silent? Of course not, but no more tissues in ears. :) ... show more

If i could give this blender 0 stars I would. I don’t know if I just got a defective blender or if it truly is the worst but we purchased this blender after doing a decent amount of research. Smoothies are our thing and after making a cross country move we did not want to spend a ton on a blender. Unfortunately due to moving we didn’t even start using until the return window had expired (yes, I know that was my fault). Our issues: Every single liquid leaks. We have tried making “half smoothies” filling them up just a little. Using different types of liquid, water, juice, milk. No matter what it leaks. And it leaks FROM THE BOTTOM. The cup size lids are impossible to get off. The liquid creates tension after it’s been blended and there is truly no grip on the cup lids making it so hard to get off. Lastly, it does not blend frozen fruit. The blades are not strong enough so no matter how much you blend you will always end up with chunks. If you are in the market for an affordable blender my experience was terrible. Make sure to try before the window expires. ... show more

Perfect size. More than Powerful enough for Iced smoothies without any strain and fast enough for creating creamy items like Hummus. Blades and mechanical parts are solidly constructed. Glass large container instead of plastic would be my only suggested improvement.
