This water heater does not work as advertised. Water does not reach the set temperature. I live on the gulf coast in a very mild climate and have yet to see 120 degree water. It is extremely difficult to install as stated in other reviews. The unit has to be wired and plumbed before you can even put the cover on which has to be screwed on from the back. Then it hangs on the wall like a picture. It’s a horrible product. Do not purchase it. And the only way to get a refund or exchange it you have to ship it back. So you have to purchase a new one before you can even get a refund. Very disappointed. ... show more

Water heater is working fine. You have to run water very low to get hot water. Don't expect water to get really hot with fast flow. Serves my purpose fine.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Buyers are buying and taking parts and/or swapping broken units then sending back as damaged for a full refund. The victim? Legit buyers like ME!
