    • Shipping is a Disaster
The bulbs themselves are the exact replacement I needed, but Amazon’s shipping practices are completely unacceptable. This is the second order of fluorescent bulbs I’ve received, and every single shipment was carelessly tossed into a plastic bag with no protective packaging whatsoever. Not surprisingly, every order arrived crushed and unusable. It is astonishing that fragile glass bulbs continue to be shipped this way. This shows a serious lack of common sense and quality control in Amazon’s packaging process. Repeatedly wasting customers’ time and money by shipping breakable items without proper protection is inexcusable. ... show more
