These are absolutely perfect, have exactly the features I’ve been looking for, including GLASS LIDS, which are super hard to find! Bought one set, was so impressed I ordered another less than a week after my first delivery arrived! I needed glass containers for portion- controlled meal prep/storage for my 87yo mother with mobility limitations. These met all my criteria, which wasn’t easy: right size; sturdy; lightweight enough for her to grasp and grab out of fridge, transport over to microwave in her wheelchair, get in/out of microwave easily all without dropping or burning herself; microwave and oven-safe GLASS LIDS with sturdy locks (and vents!!! mind blown!); silicone sleeves protect from breakage and make them easily graspable by unsteady hands and can be easily taken on/off for washing if you want; no leakage probs so far. AND, they stack easily in my cabinet- not nesting exactly, but the silicone wrap gives them a bit of slip and protection so that I can kinda push the bottom of one into the top of the other. The silicone gasket prevents leakage, the silicone sleeve keeps me from breaking them, and the vent makes it easy to microwave. I really appreciate that these containers are made of glass instead of plastic. They look nice and have a tight leakproof seal. I’ve been taking them for lunch where they are bounced around and turned upside down and I’ve never had one break or leak. My complaint is how hard they are to fit in the dishwasher. The latches on the top don’t bend enough to make them fit so they take up way too much space. They also take up a lot of storage space since they don’t stack. I bought two sets of these for nearly $100 total. I loved them - until they changed the descriptions and images to say the lids weren't dishwasher safe. Why would I want containers I have to partially hand wash? ALL but one of the seals have come out/loose and are impossible to get back in. I even super glued some in because I am out $100. I am so upset. I wish someone would give us a partial refund because now I have to buy MORE containers! ... show more

    • Best food storage set I've ever owned

I've owned many food storage sets in my day and just ordered a new set last week during Prime Days. I have a drawer in the kitchen that used to be filled with random plastic lids and and mountain of containers. I spent a lot of time trying to match them up when I needed one. I tossed those out and now just use these. The lids lock in place perfectly every time. They can be popped into the microwave, and what's more, all the parts that touch your food are made of glass, so I don't have to worry about any chemicals leaching into my food. The one thing I'll say, after two years of every day use, one of the containers chipped when I took it out of the dishwasher. I obviously had to toss it out immediately. So it might be good practice to look at your containers to make sure they're still in good condition after you wash them. For me, it's well worth it for the benefits of glass and the ease of use. ... show more
